Within weeks of transitioning so a whole foods plant based diet she began to drop weight and reversed her fatty liver disease along with everything else that ailed her. She has lost a total of 158 pounds since then and appeared in People magazine. She went on to create Kitchen Verde, a whole foods plant based diet home delivery program. So it is easy to see that beyond being beautiful she is a caring soul who wants to spread health to her patients and community. Sarah is funny and we laughed a lot during this interview and you will too!
