Rank #5: How To Get Rid Of Huge Debts And Trade Effectively| Jason Bond

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of Millionaire Mindcast, Jason Bond shares his amazing story that you can relate to. A glimpse on how stock trading works, and how he pursues more wealth and fulfillment in life!

Jason Bond is a self-made millionaire trader who left the corporate grind to trade professionally. He’s trained well over 10,000 paid members and is the #1 stock trading stock advisory service TrustPilot, which is the best member review site in the world. He’s the co-founder of the trading education powerhouse, “Raging Bull”, and he’s been featured on Forbes, The Street, Huffington Post, Investing.com, Seeking Alpha as well as the floor of the NYSE.

During college days, Jason didn’t really know what he wanted to do in life. All he knew he likes playing sports. He tried a few majors in college but didn’t like it.  In line with his lifestyle, he chose to teach sports to the kids. He got awards in physical education. Within 8 years in teaching, he loves what he is doing. Jason expected to get rich as a teacher but it turns out not. It leads him to a $250,000 debts. He didn’t know what to do and this is not the life he wanted.

Although he loves teaching, she realized she wants more money. Jason don’t know what to do to get rich, but he knows he was going to do something. Then, somebody recommended the books by Dave Ramsey on how to get out of debt. It was hard for him because he didn’t quite understand the stuff about money but it explains so clearly in the book. Therefore, they sold their house and get rid of the huge debts. So they’ve got to zero, no net worth, no money, no debt. Jason quit in teaching, move to an apartment and sold their nice car. It took some serious risks, a lot of fear, but he was encouraged by the books he read.

Jason explores a lot of different things and didn’t know what exactly it would be. Eventually, he settled on stock trading. He wasn’t a good trader but he knew that if he could be proficient and excellent in trading he could teach really well to other people based on his skill set. Experiencing many highs and lows in life. He works really hard on himself so he can take care of his family, his business, and his members. It took him 3 years to learn the skills of trading, even then it’s still difficult. He did things to win up financial literacy because he wanted to be good at this. He works really hard to stay sharp and teach people what it means to trade. He started to earn money both in trading and in business.

Jason met life coaches regularly to stay aligned with his purpose and stay balanced in life. He learned that in his pursuit of getting rich, it will not make him a better person.  If he could trade better, he can help more people and for him, it’s an achievement. Giving back to charities fulfills himself.

Trading requires discipline, it pulls out all your worst qualities. If you want to be a trader you need to get your life in order because trading can take you to the highs and the lows from one minute to the next. Understand that and deal with it, that wins!

Rank #8: How To Beat Procrastination And Live Happier | Petr Ludwig

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have Petr Ludwig, who talks about procrastination, what a lot of people are impacted with, and it is something that holds people back from achieving the optimal results and optimal life. He shares his strategies on how to minimize and stop it in order to live a happier, rich, and fulfilling life!

Petr Ludwig is a keynote speaker, the Founder of the procrastination.com, and co-author of the best-selling book “The End of Procrastination”, who are dedicated to overcoming the habit of putting off tasks and responsibilities.

This man has a passion for serving others and helping them to optimize their life and their results. Petr is trying to spread his message on how to fight procrastination, how to be more productive, effective, and efficient, and live happier.

He started his business when he was 14 years old with 5-10 people, where he observed procrastination that greatly affects their business. He sees that other people working on projects and big companies but they don’t see any values and meaningful outcomes of what they are doing. They’re doing against what they know they should be doing, what they’re telling themselves needs to be done and not following through with that.  They know what to do but they’re unable to push themselves to accomplish something.

According to Petr, personal vision is important because it creates flow on a daily basis. Focus on what is important. But do things that you really enjoy and don’t forget to take a rest. What makes you happy is really important. In the end, you feel much more productive and happier because you have a great plan, and you have a rest during the day.

Procrastination is just the opposite of living life to the fullest. We can live in a much better world if people do what is important to them and live according to their values.

Procrastination is connected to anxiety and depression. The more you procrastinate, the less you believe in yourself. The more you fail, the bigger is the chance you fail even in the future. One failure can undermine your productivity because it goes down your mood. When your mood is down you’re unable to push yourself to do another task and on and on. It keeps on repeating and it’s really dangerous in terms of mental health.

In addition, believes that having the right habits and routine will make you happy and fulfill. It is important to set every day one simple task that is outside of your comfort zone. If you make a habit outside of your comfort zone, your will power is growing gradually and constantly.  You’ll be surprised you’re able to resist temptation, you’re not able to check your social media accounts often, and your will power is growing.

Petr’s near-death experience changes his life. He believes that you don’t need to experience the same to change your life. You can change yourself and live life to the fullest!

Christopher grew up in a family where a lack of money was always present. At 17-years-old, he decided to do something meaningful with his life. Inspired by what he called the ‘angel of his life’ his Grandfather, who truly believed him, supports, inspires and motivates him that he can do anything and be anything. He decided to be successful, decided to be smart, and really wanted to do legendary things. Chris put himself in those positions to be successful and let himself learned, grew, and took a massive risk.

As a result, Chris and his brother Jack started their company with no money, no experience, no education, no relationships of any kind. There’s been a lot of losses along the way. His whole career was just about trying to build companies and categories, in some cases loss and some cases win. He had been in those places of humiliation many times, lost money, been fired for so many times, but learned from those losses and moved forward.

On the other side, he gained the most important things, the joy, experiences, memories, relationships, and the network. In 10 years, he got a tremendous amount of accomplishment. At 28-years-old, he became a millionaire. He does great things and wins with over $400 billion exits.

Now, end up with having a life that’s fun, and interesting. He’s in the fun part of life that he never really thought about which is helping other people getting their goals and learning at the same time with his podcast. Chris focused on having a good time and hopefully make a very big difference. He’s an entrepreneur trying to do something exponentially different as opposed to incrementally better.

To Chris, it’s important to set goals, it doesn’t matter if you achieved them, it’s about who you become in the process. He trained himself to be a better person, a person that you can count on, somebody who produce results. He chose to be that guy because we have that option in everything. Also, work hard and believe in yourself. When you fail, get up and try again. Confidence comes from training yourself to produce legendary results. Rank #13: How To Passively Invest In Commercial Real Estate | Paul Moore

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, Paul Moore shares his journey on real estate investing, ways to make money in real estate, and the tactics to level up your finances, and long term wealth building without putting so much hard work!

Paul Moore is a serial entrepreneur, a successful real estate investor and expert, and is a Co-Founder of Wellings Capital, that helps high earners ($200k+ per year) and high net worth individuals ($1 million+) protect and grow their wealth through passive commercial real estate investing. He is also the co-hosts of a wealth-building podcast called How to Lose Money with Josh Thomas and is a regular author for Bigger Pockets.

Being in three successful real estate developments, including assisting with the development of a Hyatt hotel and a very successful multifamily project, led him into commercial real estate. Paul was Finalist for Ernst & Young’s Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year two years straight (1996 & 1997). Author of the book, The Perfect Investment – Create Enduring Wealth from the Historic Shift to Multifamily Housing (2016).

Paul began investing in real estate in 2000, and he flipped over 50 homes, 25 high-end waterfront lots, appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters, rehabbed and managed dozens rental properties, built a number of new homes, developed a subdivision, and started two successful online real estate marketing firms.

Paul graduated in engineering degree and thought he was meant to be an engineer but got bored very quickly. Then, realized he was trying to be an entrepreneur and was designed to be an entrepreneur with very little knowledge about it. Paul started his own staffing company after working for 5 years at Ford Motor Company. Without a clue in investing, he had several million in the bank before he was 34 years old.

This man went to all types of gyration within 19 years of real estate investing.  He had done hotels, subdivisions, ground-up constructions, flip many dozens of houses, and finally landed in commercial real estate. Throughout his journey in real estate, Paul learned to stay really focus on one thing and outsource other things to increase returns.

You can shortcut your ability to achieve passive income and getting those returns that you’re looking for without needing to be an expert to it. All you need is just invest with experts like Paul and his team who are skillful in this area!

Rank #18: 3 Wealth Experts Talk Upcoming Recession And How To Capitalize on it | David Lawver - Jake Harris - Michael Hananel

Podcast cover
Read more

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, it's the first time in our podcast to have three (3) clever guests in one episode.  We have David Lawver, Mike, and Jake who share incredible information on how to build wealth, the best way to position yourself in the market, how to prepare for the next downturn, and thrive during those tough times!

David, Mike, and Jake are experts in wealth building mastermind, and building wealth in all areas of life. They are the 3 of the smartest investing and wealth-building minds who excelled in financial and wealth pillars. Also, these amazing individuals are hedging and positioning themselves to capitalize on for the next downturn.

David Lawver is a Mortgage Lending Expert, and a Real estate Investor. David started out in real estate lending 15 years ago, and 7 years ago started getting into real estate investing. He believes that everything depends on your goals and skill set, market and resources that you’re in. Therefore, surround yourself with the right people, and ask questions. Ask and extract information but also take action with it.

Mike is a broker, investor, and also doing property management in LA. He was in the cosmetic industry before he got into real estate focusing on multifamily since 2002. He was looking for different types of investment he can invest in. For him, Multi-family is very management intensive and is the best way to build wealth over time. Mike believes that anybody can enter these markets, and you don't have to start with a ton of money.

On the other hand, the real estate market is a slow-moving market that we can look for indicators in the overall economy. For that reason, you can have plenty of time to make adjustments before the market gets too far away from you. Though it’s very hard to time the market, the only certainty is that there is a crisis coming.

Jake is a data machine and a data cruncher.  He does private equity real estate and is currently investing in the secondary and tertiary urban core. He believes that there’s urbanization of downtown America everywhere. Jake looking forward to the next recession so focus on reflecting debt, and putting an opportunistic fund right now.   Believed in yourself. There’s no one better and smarter than you. Don’t be afraid to take action. Go, invest, and learn more. It’s better to try than guessing what might be with that deal.

Then, learn how to create income, handle it, sustain, grow, and leverage it.  Make sure to create expenses on what’s left, and don’t accumulate debt that you can’t afford. If you have an issue managing a thousand dollars then you’ll have the same issue managing thousands in the future. The money thing starts working when your philosophy changes. When money, investing, savings, and something doesn’t work, it doesn’t mean you're a failure. Don’t be afraid to try, fail, learn, get feedback, try again. Do it repeatedly and just continue giving yourself opportunities.

However, monitor on what you’re doing to make sure you’re on your goal, do you need to change your goal, and what lessons you’ve learned. Make sure you’re putting your business in a good position, your business partners, your family, and look for opportunities where you can mitigate risks.

He is proud of looking back that he had helped a million kids got expose about financial literacy than looking back earning millions of money. This is what makes him happy and fulfill. He was taught by his dad to invest in other people. It’s the one thing that can’t be taken away from him. It’s his contribution to people. Beau has been blessed to monetize what he loved. There’s nothing that’s really gonna serve you as well as finding that thing that lights you up, that you’re good at, that serves people, that helps people and creating a business around that.
