Where’s Julie?

While I enjoy the content of this podcast, I often wonder why Julie is on the show. She is never introduced, sometimes pops in from out of nowhere several minutes into the episode, and is often interrupted by the other host. It comes across as disrespectful and rude, but I don’t think that’s the intention. A more thoughtful introduction of the show, BOTH hosts, and having Julie share the mic more would greatly improve this podcast.
