Healthy Cells for Healthy Life

By Keto with Dr. Boz - Jul 22 2019
Read more
I enjoyed the podcast with Dr. Annette Bosworth. The discussions of the advantages to brain health of the Keto diet were very helpful. To think that even one person has gone home from a nursing home due to ketones helping their brain be healthier is a true source of hope for all of us. What if we can avoid some or all of the long term illnesses with just a change in diet?

Love this podcast
