Soundsory is designed to be safe and effective and is helping children and adults on the autism spectrum, with auditory and sensory processing disorders, and other developmental delays.   Sensory processing disorder is very commonly diagnosed with an autism spectrum condition. People on the autism spectrum will usually display traits of sensory processing disorder. This could be overly sensitive or under the sensitive to certain things like touch sound smell taste temperature I’m closing . There are many reasons that sensory processing disorder can be debilitating and very stressful and difficult for people on the autism spectrum . However, sensory processing disorder can be noted independently of Autism but not officially diagnosed as a standalone condition. This can cause quite a few issues for people who are wanting to get a diagnosis for access to help when the child isn’t displaying other autistic traits. Whether it is Aspergers Symptoms female or male, these 7 un common traits are tell tale signs of an autism spectrum disorder. These 7 traits are also Aspergers Symptoms in adults and not just children or young people on the spectrum. As a person ages, their traits may differ slightly but usually they stay the same at the core of the issues. What is Aspergers Syndrome? It is a lifelong neurological condition that impacts the way in which a person interacts with the world around them. It is now referred to as Autism Spectrum Disorder as it is autism.What are the characteristics of a person with Aspergers? There are some very common signs, like lack of eye contact, issues with social situations and facial expressions. But there are a list of Asperger Symptoms that are not as common, that are listed here.What a lot of people forget is that Asperger syndrome in adulthood is just as impacting on a person's life as it is when they are children. Fussy Eating: Being picky at eating can be a use tell tail sign that a person is autistic. Fussy eating comes from a Sensory Processing Disorder or (SPD), where a person who is autistic may be under or over sensitive to certain textures, smells and temperatures of foods. Thus making them seem like they are fussy at eating, when in fact it is a sensory issues caused by SPD that is co-occurring within autism. 5. Depression: Depression is a huge co-occurring mental health issue that autistic people have a high risk of developing. Many autistic people will suffer from depression at some point in their life time. 6. Short Term Memory Issue: As an autistic person will have excellent long term memory, probably the best long term memory you will see in a person. One of the biggest questions is always around Aspergers Relationships arguments. Arguments are going to happen when two people are living together, but with autism it is a bit different. This is not to say that Aspergers Relationships impossible and will end, it is to say that when communicating an autistic person can find it difficult and not understand the flow of the conversation, which could lead to an argument. Autism Hyperfocus (How does that work?)

Here are 5 VERY interesting things you need to know about Autism and ADHD. This is information I have never shared. 1. It is commonly com morbid to have ASD and ADHD. There are lots of people on the autism spectrum who also have a diagnosis of ADHD, this is very common, and extremely common among males on the spectrum.This is very interesting as ADHD and Autism go hand in hand in most diagnosis assessments for people being diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. 2. My ADHD Is impacted by sugars, and caffeine. For me personally my ADHD is massively impacted by the intake of sugar and caffeine, so much so that for the last 10 years I haven’t had caffeine in my diet. I try to stay away from processed sugars and candy as this also impacts my hyperactivity behaviour. In fact when I have large intakes of sugar I find is very difficult to sleep at night.3. ASD conflicts with ADHD.Usually when I want to hyper focus on an obsessive interest my hyperactivity wants conflicts with this in an interesting way and want’s me to jump from obsession to obsession, or topic to topic.This can be very frustrating as I am wanting to get settled in and focus on one thing but my brain is having a war with my mind. 4. ADHD made me super irritable in classrooms.Having ADHD caused me lots off issues in school like being unable to focus on my work and what the teachers were saying.It also made me super unhappy because I wanted to learn. On top of that my Autism made me really board in classrooms when I was a kid so this was a difficult combination, and stressful.5.ASD is sometimes mis diagnosed for ADDThis is largely because of the things like zoning out, obsessive interest, hyper focus, super smart, super creative. It is common among younger people to be mis diagnosed with ADD when it is actually Autism. It’s quite amazing being the age of 26 and then learning all about autism and not knowing what to do where to go from there as they kind of just give you the diagnosis but then afterwards there’s nothing like what would I do after this.You’re a successful YouTuber – what made you start to post videos about Aspergers and ADHD? Do you make a living from the work?So I actually started my YouTube channel almost by accident I only went looking on the Internet after having the diagnosis of autism and Aspergers Syndrome which as it was back then because now it’s just autism spectrum disorder or ASD, and when I came across videos on the Internet they were not really engaging in a positive way they were depressing and the people were not entertaining at all.So I decided that I would put a video out of myself, which was awful but looking back it may know it was my first video just talking about autism from my point of you to give people a little bit of like a insight in a happy way like a more of an up beat way talking about the subject without feeling some negative and that was really interesting. This means that there are lots of people who need support in their daily lives due to autism.There are a host of autism treatment centres or autism support centres set up to help people on the autism spectrum, but you will need to know the sings to be able to help someone.If you are wanting to know what is autism or what are the signs of autism in girls, this video is an overview of 9 of the main traits of autism so you can see what is autism from an autistic perspective. These signs of autism can also be used to help secure an autism diagnosis if you are looking to get diagnosed officially. 1. EYE CONTACTEye contact can be difficult for people on the spectrum as it is uncomfortable for the m to make direct eye contact for longer than a few moments. This is overcome by the person looking at the cheek or nose of the recipient (autism hack) 2. ISSUES WITH SOCIAL SKILLS	Autism impacts the social and communicating aspects of a persons life. An autistic individual may have trouble creating and maintaining social conversation. Also an autistic person may have difficulties understanding social cues or gestures which are typically unspoken rules of social communication and socialising with other people. 3. Autism And Depression | (5 Secret Techniques To Improve Your Mental Health)

OCD Symptoms can manifest in many different ways. Here is one hack I use to eliminate an OCD of mine and it totally works FAST. OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder impacts 2.3% of the population but is more commonly co occurring with other conditions like BPD and Autism. OCD symptoms in adults is the same as OCD symptoms in children it is an obsession to do something. Sometimes this can cause distress if it is also a custom to negative intrusive thoughts.What is OCD symptoms? It is basically symptoms that relate to an obsessive compulsion. These sometimes occur after a person experiences trauma, but mostly it is a mental health condition that occurs organically. My OCD causes me to be late for things a lot of the time as i like to get things right before moving on to something else, and this makes me return and re peat the actions again until I'm happy that they are done correctly. I talk about how to treat OCD and how I treated some of my OCD symptoms, with basic hacks that anyone can use.
