Truth is banks are beginning to tighten the noose on handing out loans like they did in the 2008 debacle.  Even educated people of feelng the sting of losing it all and becoming homeless due to the major increases in rental properties.  Senator Kamala Harris has introduced a wonderful Bill that will put more money back into your pockets if you pay more than 30% of wages in rent and utilities, that's like most of Americans I think....
