But 69% of employees in North America are still not engaged or actively disengaged at work, and actively disengaged employees cost $450 billion to $550 billion per year alone.
So I love helping companies achieve greater levels of performance in a world that is changing faster than ever.
I do that through the delivery of multi-sensory keynote talks, group training and 1-on-1 coaching to develop high performance teams, improving the company culture, innovation, emotional intelligence and adaptability to change.
To demonstrate the power of what I teach, I just returned from delivering the closing talk 'What Future Are We Creating?' at Italy's largest TEDx event.
In the 4 months leading up to the event, I secretly worked with more than 80 strangers from 40 countries across the globe to produce an animated split screen video that played while I performed the song live on stage on a grand piano during my talk.
With every relationship built through digital technology, it showed the power that technology has to magnify our impact and what can be accomplished when working together as a team.
In our fast-paced world, I love helping people achieve their full potential. We each have the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in this world and I believe in helping good companies do exactly that.

He has written six critically acclaimed books for general public: On the Cosmic Horizon (Addison Wesley, 2001); Beyond UFOs (Princeton University Press, 2008/2011), which was selected by Miami University as their Convocation book for all incoming students to read in 2008/9; Math for Life (Big Kid Science, 2014), which won the Colorado Book Award for general nonfiction; What is Relativity? For children, Dr. Bennett is the creator and author of the award-winning series “Science Adventures with Max the Dog,” which includes Max Goes to the Space Station, Max Goes to the Moon, Max Goes to Mars, and Max Goes to Jupiter; and of the Earth science focused book The Wizard Who Saved the World. These five children’s titles were selected by the Story Time From Space program as the first set of books to be launched to the International Space Station; launched in January 2014, they have been read by astronauts for children around the world. His latest book for children, I, Humanity, was selected for the second Story Time From Space launch, and joined his other books on the International Space Station in December 2015. Because his textbook The Cosmic Perspective was also taken into space (during the 2009 Space Shuttle servicing mission to the Hubble Space Telescope), Dr. Bennett has now had a total of seven books launched into space.

Founded by Michael Zipursky and Sam Zipursky aka the “Zipursky Cousins” – serial entrepreneurs turned consultants with over 32 years of combined experience – we’ve consulted for and advised businesses throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East in over 30 industries. We’ve been in the trenches hustling to grow our own consulting businesses. We know what it feels like to be the outsider struggling to make things work or find acceptance in the market.
We are dedicated to teaching consultants the strategies and best practices of what actually works in the real world of consulting, regardless of what you specialize in or the types of companies and organizations you consult for.
To us, success is not about numbers or material gains. Instead, it's about being in a place where money isn't a concern anymore. It's the ability to go out to enjoy a meal or a trip with family. It’s having the certainty you need – in an increasingly uncertain world – to take charge of your future. It's the freedom to live life on your own terms.

WE CONNECT PEOPLE WITH COMPANIES THAT HONOR FREEDOM.
By being a GreenZone Hero, your company has a viable opportunity to improve business and share with the Nation how your company demonstrates its support of veterans, active duty military personnel and their families.
GreenZone Hero business members are profiled on a directory platform and receive a MANIFESTO and BEST PRACTICES MANUAL along with relevant real-time CASE STUDIES and OUTREACH TOOLS for attracting more veteran and military customers. Our Association and Ambassador programs help to improve business for our members as well as generating sustainable funding streams for veteran-military-focused non-profit organizations.
The GreenZone Hero businesses have "differentiated" themselves from their competition. These companies understand the high cost of freedom, an American value that far outweighs any amount of money. By publicly recognizing veterans, active duty personnel and their families and being officially-branded "Veteran & Military Friendly", our members will significantly improve their company's position within a very loyal marketplace.

Mattone Restaurant and Bar, co-owned by Franco and Vito Francese, recently unveiled updates to the menu and completed remodels to the inside that accentuate the signature brick oven. By the end of summer 2018, the restaurant will feature an outdoor patio. Franco recently appeared on WGN’s Midday News’ ‘Lunchbreak’, The Mancow Morning show on 97.9 The Loop and on Big John and Ramblin’ Ray on WLS-890 to talk about the exciting updates to the restaurant. He has also been featured in Pizza Today, Reader’s Digest, Restaurant Insider, and American Express OPEN.
The restaurant’s name is Italian for “brick”, which has become the theme for the new look. While wood-fired ovens are common these days, there is a twist with what Mattone is doing that makes them unique. Mattone offers three new wood-fired sandwiches with a delicious roll that is made from scratch. The oven is located at the front of the restaurant, and patrons can watch their sandwich be made at the time of order. The sandwich is created and fired to perfection, fresh from the oven.
Their signature, wood-fired Italian rolls were discovered by accident when testing out their rustic, brick wood-fired oven. The roll is made from their signature dough, that is made in-house, which is the same dough that they use for their pizza. They also feature a new wood-fired sandwich of the month and recently rolled out their Italian take on the Canadian Poutine – garlic fries smothered in mozzarella cheese and homemade Bolognese sauce. Their menu offers Italian cuisine with a few select American cuisine favorites, including: burgers, sandwiches, and BBQ ribs, a longtime Mattone favorite.
Aside from providing delicious menu options, Mattone contributes to the community by sponsoring La Grange Park Little League, organizing fundraisers for the Nazareth Father’s Club, and donating to St. Joseph’s sports programs, York Hockey Club, Divine Providence Church, and Ogden Avenue School’s pizza day, to name a few. Mattone is also a member of La Grange, La Grange Park, and Westchester’s Chamber of Commerce.
The restaurant has a long family history, as it was originally owned by Franco’s father, Domenico Francese. Franco now uses the knowledge he learned from his father to bring the best cuisine possible to the community.
Mattone is located at 9 E. 31st St, La Grange Park, IL 60526. For more information or to schedule an interview with Franco Francese, please reach out to the press contact above.

Rank #15: Ep. 411 w/ Dr. David Rabin Co-founder of Apollo Neuroscience
Recently the World Health Organization officially recognized burnout as a medical syndrome.
This designation is a milestone calling out for the world to combat the collective global crisis of work-related stress.
When left unchecked, chronic daily stress overwhelms the body and mind, burning us out by making it hard to sleep, focus at work, and feel engaged. This leaves us exhausted, depleted, increasingly “checked out” and feeling ineffective, no matter how hard or long we work. Most worrisome, burnout can lead to serious negative health consequences.
The economic consequences of burnout for business are palpable, with studies showing the following figures:
● Two-third of the full-time American workforce suffers from burnout
● On average, workers lose 11.3 days in lost productivity due to chronic stress in the workplace.
● US businesses suffer $63.2B in lost productivity annually due to chronic stress at work.
And the most concerning stat: there are 120,000 stress-attributed deaths a year caused by stress-related illnesses.
We’ve all heard of steps to manage our stress like meditating, exercising regularly, and prioritizing our sleep. However, these activities can be tremendously difficult to pursue when you’re already overwhelmed and stressed out and there is a scientific reason for it - Our bodies are not designed for persistent stress. When faced with constant emails, phone calls, text messages, distraction and interruption, our fear center in our brain becomes overactive, making it significantly harder to sleep, meditate, and focus.
And that’s where Apollo comes in.
Apollo is the only technology to improve sleep and cognitive performance by delivering vibration through a wearable. Apollo works within minutes by signaling safety to the brain and is the only technology that has been clinically validated to improve Heart Rate Variability (HRV), the most reliable predictive measure of how well your body adapts to and recovers from stress. In the age of wearables, many devices including the Apple Watch track your HRV, but do nothing to improve it. By signaling safety to the body, Apollo naturally improves HRV, and restores homeostasis, helping users fall asleep faster, focus, and practice mindfulness more easily. Apollo users can track improvements in their sleep and biometrics within the mobile app.
Apollo has been evaluated in multiple University-led trials, has been tested by over 1,000 beta testers, and has over 500 case studies with long term users, all with consistent results. Over 95 percent of users report enhanced productivity, focus and sleep when using Apollo.
