Libby's Suggests the following ways to process information:  hire a coach/ therapist social media group journaling it out sit with it and get it out of you even if that means talking to your pet      (Always remember that people WANT to support YOU!)  What NOT to do when you’re making a big change in your life…’ The worst thing you can do during a BIG change is to isolate yourself.’ Libby shares some personal insight into her vulnerable conversations with her husband Scott Oldford and how being business partners in the Daily Shift has supported the positive evolution of their marriage and business partnership. Libby gives us an example of how to have open heart conscious conversation about feelings Libby pinpoints the 3 things that have made her successful this far   Willingness to get dirty no matter what to get anything done Having a student mindset Confidence and a belief in herself &amp; her abilities  “I have always known that everything is possible” -LC  Libby explains ‘Compassionate Self Forgiveness’ and offers the steps in order to use this in our lives to overcome any negative belief or thought  The steps to ‘Compassionate Self Forgiveness’ :  1. You state the misbelief and write it down 2  Have Forgiveness-Write down, ‘I forgive myself for thinking this…” 3. Then reframe- Write down, ‘The truth is…. ‘  Libby goes into the idea of ‘Spaciousness’ and why it's necessary to make space to move the needle. -Spaciousness offers room for creativity to flow. Why slowing down is when the magic happens Libby believes that kindness is the key to everything Libby’s tip on how to step into your power to live your light:  The steps: 1. Write down one thing you want to do (don’t overcomplicate, just choose 1 thing!) 2. Make this one thing your focus for 90 days and maybe ask for support and start taking action daily. Take small steps daily and remain consistent.  Libby explains her Sticky Notes Goal setting exercise on how to make Goals FUN and achievable. Here’s how to do it: Write down everything you want to do in next 5 years and stick them on the wall in order (you can move things around if you want to) this makes a macro version of your goals what’s in mind and heart to be able to take action and then go down into a micro-level and plan out your year ahead! This is what she and her husband Scott do every year.  The last question Emily asked Libby is: If you had one message to leave this world, what would that be?? LYL Ep 04: How to Become a Money Magnet: With Guest Jenna Black

❄️During the holidays there’s a tendency to fall into old behaviors and habits due to the emotional tendencies and temptations ingrained in us since childhood.   ❄️I like to look at the holidays as an opportunity to show up in my highest capacity and use the temptations as a way to lean into my inner knowing &amp; get curious about the ‘why’ I'm being triggered or tempted. Looking at the holidays as a way to ground and elevate myself into another layer of my souls' evolution during this time.    ❄️Here are a few tangible tips we talk about in this episode:     1. Pause 🛑 , breathe 🌬. Taking long deep breaths is an immediate cure and tool you can have with you ANYWHERE. This, alone, can ground you in the present moment and alleviate overwhelm / stress. 💥Feel free to dm me for guided mediations!    2. 🗣Conscious and curious communication. Deliberately decide to fully listen👂🏼 and communicate with those you talk to this season. Look them in the eyes👁, offer them your full attention. The gift of listening is so underestimated and pure and your relationship with those you do this with can massively improve, give it a try!    3. 💰 👏🏽Instead of overextending yourself with material items, invest in yourself and your future. That might look like getting more rest, meditating, holding a commitment to yourself, honoring a longtime dream, or even hiring a mentor/ coach! Here’s the thing, when you show up for yourself, you’re doing a profound service for those around you as well. When you elevate yourself, others become elevated as a result. ✨🙏🏽   4. 💭 🤔 Take a moment (or a few) to reflect on the things that HAVE gone well &amp; what you’ve accomplished over the year. A single journaling reflection session can shift your vibrational patterns so immensely that you’ll start attracting more of what you want &amp; desire, which will ultimately lead to more happiness for yourself &amp; others!    5. 🎁 Give back! The season can be hard for some, make an effort to donate, spend time with elders, feed the less fortunate, etc. anything you can do, do that! Shifting awareness to the aspects of your life that you love and how to do that She shares advice from her late yoga teacher, Bubba G: “When things feel like they are all falling, it’s good because that means that it’s working.” ‘The reason why things are falling apart is because the structures that once served you are no longer serving you.’ How meditation is like a head floating around in space When you are in alignment things flow to you- Alana gives some of her recent examples Continuously pulling energy back into yourself is key &amp; she shares how to do this ‘What the world needs at the end of the day is YOU.’ How to heal old wounds:    By coming back to yourself, even when it's hard  Your own soul is the one that lives inside of you and wants to take care of you and evolve   By taking care of YOU, might mean that your soul might guide you to take a look at the parts of you that your soul had pushed down and repressed/ the parts of you that you don’t like       How to heal trauma and overcoming pain:  Turning your focus back inwards, it will naturally allow these repressed feelings to rise   It always comes back to energy, if there is something that you are not looking at, it will show up later in your life. Moving from a very low place of low self-confidence and drawing in the same type of man in her life Even though we don’t choose our pain and our trauma, healing is our responsibility and that lies solely on us &amp;  what has happened in the past has happened to launch us into a path to return home   Take your responsibility for everything that happens in life Turning up that intuitive wisdom within Embody the darkness, until it becomes whole within you that you no longer want to push away - by owning it and making it a part of you     Going from one vibration to another you might have some growing pains but if you find peace within yourself you will be fine Simplifies the Quantum Field-Explained in the concept of time The Difference between Hypnosis vs. HypnoEnergetics Soul State- If you can become aware that you are having a thought that means that you are not your thoughts. Being grounded while being spiritual is important! How connecting to our intuition can support our healing. Steps to strengthen your connection to your intuition Marci’s experience reconciling the logic/ practical part of life &amp; the spiritual by allowing her intuition to eventually grow despite the her resistance. Marci Believe it's essential for sensitives (highly sensitive people and empaths) to incorporate shadow work into their personal growth and healing. Boundaries are key in every aspect in life. If you’re having challenges rise a lot, important questions to ask yourself: What parts of your past are unresolved and how are you being triggered? Try not to put too much pressure on your intuition because you might be missing a lot of subtleties - a few steps to take to strengthen the intuitive muscle include:  1. Get into your body (sounds more simple than it actually is because we are living in a culture where we are typically in our head)  First, start by focusing on your heart center -what sensations do you feel? - Start with the physical contact that emerges for you any physical sensations and any emotions come up Second, start to have a conversation with your heart ‘Dear heart, what will you have me know today?’ -even silence is okay as you start to lube up the connections with your intuitive Third, practice regular devotion to show up to deepen the connection Fourth, start documenting what comes up but don’t get impatient &amp; keep your eyes open by looking for evidence.  When you are building a relationship with your soul / your personal intuition takes time. It is really about courting your intuition so don’t demand that it tells you anything-  just look to connect to it and it will build from there. Sometimes the messages come in sentences and different times. ‘It takes courage to be you’ - Meaning it takes courage to remember your personal truth and peel back the many layers of social conditioning  Quotes: “Everyone is intuitive. I  teach my team the right way to approach things and encourage them to act based on what they think and I  support their decisions.' What is Roger's WHY?
