His father started the first farm raised catfish business in the US in 1969 in the Mississippi Delta. Radford worked on the farm for several summers while growing up. He went to a combination of public and private schools in grades 1-12. He received 2 degrees from Mississippi State Univ. in 1983 – BS in Computer Science and BBA in Marketing.  He uses his marketing degree EVERY day.Radford's first job was working for a MS bank running the bank’s outsourced General Ledger. As of his exist from the bank he was running 22 banks and their holding company’s General Ledger. In 1985 he started working for General Dynamics (GD) in the F-16 program’s IT department. He quickly became a project lead and educator for GD. In 1987 he moved into consulting but was immediately hired by a software company (Pansophic – now part of Computer Associates) to move to Australia to work for them. He was working with the software package (Telon).  He had learned and taught the use of Telon at GD.Upon return from Australia 2 years later, he worked for the same software company throughout the US based out of Dallas. After approx. 1 year back in the US he went back into consulting. He continued consulting with a VERY diverse set of clients – Exxon, Texas Petroleum, Texaco, Reebok and International Paper to name a few. In late 1999 post his Y2K work at International Paper, he joined a small software company in Austin.In early 2011 he left the software business completely and started managing a multi-million dollar private portfolio. He found that job a bit unchallenging (boring) so took an afternoon job working at the gym he frequented for working out. In 2002 the gym failed (PE Midtown) and he with a minority business partner bought out the gym. Immediately did a complete rebranding to Urban Body Fitness (UBF).  Ten’ish years ago he bought out his minority business partner and has been running the gym as the owner/manager until January 2018.  UBF is still located in Midtown Atlanta. In 2018 he promoted 2 employees to co-Manager positions. 2018 was a year to train his replacement for day to day operations.  Since the beginning of 2019 the co-managers have been running the daily operations.In late 2018 he decided to look into a new “adventure” and cannabis seemed to be a good challenging fit. In January 2019 he formed Farm Cannabis GA. He immediately started a crash “course” to learn everything about the Marijuana cultivation and extraction business he could. Garett took an entry-level production role with the company and quickly showed his value and was promoted to brewer after just 3 months. Jamie Adams / il GialloGrowing up as the youngest of five kids with parents from New Orleans, I was around food all the time, as my mom was an incredible cook and my dad loved to eat. We would go to New Orleans all the time as a family and that became part of my DNA if that is scientifically possible. As soon as I was old enough to work, I got a job at a pizza place near our old house and I knew right away that it was for me. I had several jobs during high school and after I graduated I went to work for The Mad Italian, a Philadelphia cheesesteak spot that had great food with awesome hospitality, and I stayed with them for 8 years. After that I packed my bags and went to Italy where I stayed for close to five years, but that’s a whole other story that I haven’t written yet.When I got back to Atlanta in 1990, I went to work for the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, specifically the old Fish Market in Lenox Square. I tell the story in more depth in my blog that you can find here, but for now I’ll condense a bit-I stayed with them for 21 years in all, with a 3 year break in the middle for a different venture, ENO, in midtown.In 2000 at the age of 41, I became, the lucky recipient of 4 Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts (CABG), fondly referred to as “Cabbage” aka, quadruple bypass. That was a pretty weird week-I went for a checkup and ended up in the hospital, surreal I have to say. I narrowly escaped catastrophe-I almost died, went broke and I had left ENO, but before leaving, God placed my wife into the midst of all that mess, although I wasn’t aware at the time that I would go on to marry her, or that she would give me a bicycle that would launch me back into road cycling; in short I got a chance to start over in life, spiritually and physically and I am forever grateful to that universe that listens…Okay, enough of the sappy stuff-fast forward to the present; you all have probably already heard of il Giallo and as I mentioned above, check out the website for all kinds of info and history. Lagarde is about to happen, a thing I’ve wanted to do for a very long time and my business partner/friend Leo has had an itch to do an American restaurant since he landed here from Brazil, so here we are. Originally from Seattle, but raised in Florida, Danielson began his restaurant career at the age of fifteen, bussing tables at an Italian restaurant. Soon after, he became intrigued by the world of wine and began his pursuit of wine knowledge, a study that he continues to this day.Having worked for many years in restaurant management, Danielson was given opportunities to manage the wine programs of many reputable dining establishments in Amelia Island, Santa Barbara and Austin, including Brett’s Waterway Café, Zooker’s Café and Parkside Projects. All the while, he continued to voraciously explore wine literature, cultivate his palate by tasting and learning as much as he could firsthand from winemakers and producers. In fact, during his time in Santa Barbara, he volunteered often during the harvest in local vineyards and learned the process of winemaking in wine-production facilities, started a wine blog and even made his own impressive barrel of wine with Paso Robles Cabernet grapes.Danielson brought his passion for fine wine — as well as his respect for small producers and the thoughtful and delicate process by which formidable wines are made — to Atlanta in 2014.
