Dr. Michael Breus is the author of 3 best-selling books. He is on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show and has appeared on the show 39 times in 8 seasons.

Michael teaches companies how to use sleep and circadian timing to increase productivity, lower cost, and make more money. Ce livre a bouleversé ma vision du sommeil et surtout m'a fait comprendre à quel point il était important de respecter son propre rythme pour obtenir un vrai sommeil de qualité

Nous sommes tous des êtres cycliques et c'est en cela que nous sommes des versions de nous-même différentes en fonction de l'heure qu'il est dans la journée. 

De plus nous sommes tous différents de notre conjoint, frère, parent etc. 

▶️ Grâce à ce livre on apprend à mieux se connaître et se comprendre et surtout on découvre des conseils simples et très concrèts pour restaurer son sommeil.
