Its unusual times, and never in recent history have we seen the complete long term shut down of the global economy – as well as fear about the future. In such a situation it is the job of us – the communicators – to stand up and take a greater role in using the tools that we have to better explain and communicate to the world. However – there will be a paradigm shift in the methods and process during such a time.
