Being in a corporate setting, I’m working with the marketing team, the culinary team, HR, IT which is nice because I get to talk about nutrition but I also get to talk/learn about other aspects of the job and the company. It would be great to add more business classes and education into our curriculum.” Stephanie Dorfman, MS, RDN Today’s conversation is with Stephanie Dorfman, a registered dietitian who found a passion for dietetics through being an athlete and cooking with her family.  Stephanie and I connected through the best dietetics practice group, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and after connecting, I knew I wanted to learn more about her journey. Stephanie grew up an athlete and loved cooking with her family, which lead her to one of the easiest decisions she has made:  becoming a registered dietitian.
