She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and began work as a trainer in a commercial gym setting before opening her own facility in the suburbs of Chicago. She later moved her entire practice online and now helps folks around the world to become unbreakable. When she is not busy coaching, she enjoys adventuring outdoors in her home state of Utah.
