It could happen to any of us. At some point and time our life, we will need one or both of these practices in our lifes. My belief is that it can only help us on our journey to becoming the best version of ourselves.   Just "TRUST" the process.

Ladies and gentlemen let me start off by saying on the onset I was very hesitant about putting this podcasts out because I don't want it  to be taken as some kind of attack on the ladies and gentlemen who are doing a fine an outstanding work  in motivating in helping people and trying to get them to follow their  plan. It is just my personal opinion I believe that we should all follow our plan.
