Our guests for the final episode of Season 2 are the power couple Jason Woodill &amp; Virginia Augoustatos, who you may known as Jason Woo &amp; Virginia Prism. These two have been on our podcast radar since the beginning. Jason &amp; I (Jordan) have known each other for several years now, and Virginia recently completely her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate through us (Gravity Lift Yoga). This dynamic duo loves travel, music &amp; art festivals, hiking, acro yoga, and kitty snuggles from their two cats Nero &amp; Yuki. They met in College in Montana, and both work in the entertainment industry in music/visual/performance art (Jason as a visual artist and DJ, Virginia as a performance artist). Aside from performing arts, Virginia engages in a regular yoga practice and a never-ending self-study of mindfulness and connection. Jason enjoys spending time on his Xbox between photography gigs or animation renders. After a couple week hiatus, season 2 of the Gravity Lift Podcast is back! This time we sat down with our local CycleBar superstars Anna &amp; Meghan. After a years worth of DJ Rides and several Yoga/Cycling collabs, it was time to get this fellow dynamic duo into the podcast studio. And just in time for Thanksgiving!  Plus we have another DJ ride coming up this Saturday, Nov 24th at 11am in Redmond Town Center, and we're doing a charity ride with Spin4 to benefit Crohn's and Colitis, something very near and dear to my....intestines? on Dec 1.Bio's: Anna is the studio manager and PNW lead studio manager of 2 Oregon CycleBars. She started out as a CycleStar, but her passion for the brand lead her to the role of the studio manager 4 months after opening. She loves the high energy ride that CYCLEBAR offers and the community of the Redmond CB family. Anna is also a wife and a mother to a sweet 5 year old boy. If she isn’t on the bike she is snuggling and doing outdoor things with her family.
