Step 3) Write down the kind of characters that you want surrounding you. Who do you see yourself creating this masterpiece with? In business this is a powerful exercise: you can ask yourself “What kind of CEO do I want to be?” “Who are the clients I am serving?” “How will I dress?” “What Conversations am I having?” “What networking events are you going to?” “What are you researching?” Get very specific about what you want to create. I’ve done a number of them where the stock options I received could be used for wallpaper because they are not of any value and that is common.
