This week on E.T. we talk about emotional well-being in times of conflict.We talk about times when we might find ourselves deeling with conflict and how we might respond to these situations. As ND's we both struggle with conflict, however, we do manage to find ourselves in the path of conflict on a regular basis. Because of this we have had to put a lot of effort into thinking about how to resolve these situations or avoid them where possible.We share with you some random stories, tips and ramble relentlessly!

Diann talks to us about what the job of an educational psychologists is and how to get into the practice. Evi @justalittleevil is a trans Latino actor from Chicago who was late diagnosed with ADHD.Evi loved fictional worlds growing up and creating her own characters. Her love for fiction and movies inspired her to seek out a career in acting. Evi found escapism in these fantasy worlds, which for a child growing up with undiagnosed ADHD can be a much needed safe haven. Evi has taken the time to talk to us about her life and the ups and downs within the acting world and how her ADHD comes into play.

Maggie is an artist and photographer who has lived with mental health struggles for many years and has worked hard to over come the battles she has faced.
