This podcast is well produced and has good sound quality. The host is a thoughtful and interesting and his introductions are well written. My only criticism is that, at times, he overshadows the guests. I think this is just part of the learning process. A specific pain point was the Molly Thomas interview.  I really wanted to hear what she had to say, but I felt most of the interview was her gently encouraging the host to keep talking about himself or telling her about herself. I think it&#39;s difficult to find the line between a normal conversation and conducting an interview and I know this host will get there as he keeps doing these. It&#39;s really nice to have something local that is so well done.
