#21 You Are No Body

[Transcript]Hello sovereign creators. I’m your host Alice Kim. Welcome to Episode 20, called “From self-Consciousness to Self-Consciousness.”In the last episode I talked about the most important thing you must acknowledge and know about yourself – that you are God. Today I continue the discussion by talking about the purpose of the Matrix and how it was designed to support our Self-realization, until we got a little lost along the way and ended up changing the rules of the game. Then I’ll introduce how we can start to reset our focus from self to Self in order to begin creating a new reality that supports our natural state of freedom and joy.Coming up. The Purpose of the MatrixIn the last episode, I talked about re-establishing your reference point of what you are. From who you think you are as a person, to the fact that you are God.We’re embodied here on Earth for one purpose, and the entire reason for this virtual reality of the Matrix is for our own education, training and expansion. It’s a dimension we created for our ultimate good. It was created to serve us with the specific function of helping each of us arrive at our conscious knowing of ourselves as God, as the I Am of our Self.In that way, no matter how shitty it appears to be on any given day all around the world and in your own life, the Matrix is not hell on Earth. Just the opposite. It was created as contrast so that we will finally one day say, “No more!” to our misperceptions that resulted in the miscreations to begin with.None of this is happening to us. It’s not a test from some sadistic God that forces us to prove our worth by enduring the pain, the suffering, the disappointments and dissatisfactions that seem to dominate most of our lives.And then maybe – just maybe, if we’ve proven to be good little boys and girls – we get to be rewarded in some afterlife, which doesn’t even sound all that palatable to me. But that’s only after we get to die first. And if you’ve been naughty-naughty, you’re totally fucked for eternity.This world is not some objective training camp set up by some dude upstairs with a sick agenda to fuck with us and delight in watching us squirm our lives away in dejection. Hardly so.We as God wanted to know ourselves and all the infinite ways in which to experience our grandness. Each of us a unique facet in the Allness of the Godhead, a unique spark that helps blaze the blinding brilliance of the I Am. Without your contribution, without your I Am-ness, the I Am of All would be just a little less brilliant.Each of us are the facets of the grand hologram of God, the All That Is. And if you know anything about holograms, each part not only retains its own quality, but also contains the property of the entire whole.In that way, you are God of All AND you are God of You, in your own right. You have it all. That’s the way it was always intended.So the Matrix is a playground we set up to have fun in, to experiment, to act and play out everything that we can conceive of while consciously knowing ourselves as Creators. But we made a habit of getting distracted by all the shiny things that we created for our glory and our joy and lost focus of why we’re here and what all of this was for.Instead of appreciating our Creator abilities, we began to objectify and glorify our shiny creations. And that’s when the separation became wider and wider between what we are – the cause – and what we created – the effects.And that’s how the Matrix turned dualistic, and became a binary program. Time and space became real, inner and outer became real, and you and I became friend or foe.The physical body became our identity, and anything beyond the boundaries of this body was considered “other.” And instead of expanding by creating for the joy of it, we began to acquire, to take, to hoard, to compete, to defend for our slice of the pie.And that’s when the game changed. That’s when the fun ended. We flipped the rules around so that our creations, the effects, no longer were there purely for our enjoyment at our calling, but they themselves became the cause that affected our well-being, our happiness, our self-worth, our freedom.Now instead of our creations serving us, we became their servants, working so hard to earn all the things that are yours to begin with – and free!And because of our misperceptions, we begat more miscreations, which then began a vicious cycle – an infinite loop in program terms – where we completely spiraled out into the illusion without knowing how to get out. And worse off, not even knowing that there is such an option as “out.”“Houston, we have a problem.” We have done lost our minds. We mistook our Self (with a capital S, or your I Am)… we mistook our true Self for our little human self! Home Comes to YouSo we’ve been kind of lost for a long time. But remember, none of this is happening to us. Rather, it is happening for us.We created the Matrix for a specific purpose. And because we designed it, we already anticipated certain functionalities to surface when the time was needed. The recent shift in consciousness that began several years ago opened an opportunity not only for an upgrade in the program, but it called for something altogether new – a program overhaul for a new era.We are now running on a new OS, a new operating system that’s cleaner, faster, more efficient than ever. And as with new programs, the game also got revised to reflect the new consciousness. The new release, the big announcement of this new OS is this: Home comes to you.In other words, we’re not going back home, back to Source, Paradise, the Garden of Eden, so to speak. We’re not merging back to the sea of Oneness. The entire point of coming here was for us to come to full consciousness of ourselves as part and all of One, yes, but also as the individual spark in the hologram as ourselves.We came here to know and be ourselves, as we are, in our own way AND become more of the All That Is – all at once. So the more you become of your true Self, the more you add to the All Self. There is no sacrifice asked of anyone. The more you gain of yourself, the more we all gain together.That is the way of Godness, or Goodness.So you don’t get to go home anymore. What would you, after you’ve tasted freedom? Why would you want to move back home and live in your parent’s basement after you’ve seen the world and completely came to your own? When you’ve become Self-made? Why would a sovereign want to go back and live with mommy and daddy?You can say that when you volunteered to come to this dimension on behalf of All That Is, it was understood that you accepted a one-way ticket. You said, “I will go and be more of that which I Am, and with every expansion will there be more for everyone at home, for our family.”And Home now gets to come to you. You’ve expanded the Allness, and now you can invite Home to join you so you can take them on a tour of your new and exciting experiences.And this is why the New Age gives me the skeeves. It’s old consciousness. It wants to go back home and be with One.Well, sorry to say, but that door is shut. Unless, of course, you want to hold back the upgrade and stay with the legacy OS. It’s still available indefinitely until it phases out for good. Just know that it’s an outdated model with no more support and that you’re on your own.But if you still want to hold on to old consciousness, it’ll still be around for some time. And the choice, as always, is up to you. From self-Consciousness to Self-ConsciousnessMy dear God friends, let’s reclaim ourselves. Let’s restore ourselves from the image we made of ourselves as a body, a face, a personality. Let’s begin our transfiguration back to what we always were – free, sovereign, limitless.Our timing for realizing this potential of transforming from self to Self in this lifetime, here on this planet, is more than promising. There’s a reason why some of us chose to embody here at such an unprecedented and opportune time. It can be done, if that’s what you choose.And that’s the point of being here on Earth now, with this new shift. We’re not here to escape from it, to “rest in peace” after we die, or to shed the world and our bodies like some tattered worn-out garment in exchange for a new celestial wardrobe in the afterlife. That’s what old consciousness, the old religions told you.But in the new consciousness, in the new energy, we are here to integrate our Self – the I Am – with the human. We are here to complete our Christhood – to meld the Divine and human, to have our being here on Earth as embodied Divinity as walking, talking man-gods.We are now here to bring Home to to us, to bring Heaven on Earth. This is what is referred to as the New Earth.Self, I Am, is always becoming. You are never complete. You are never finished. You are always becoming more of you. But the question is, what more of you would you like to start knowing and experiencing? What kind of new reality do you want to taste? Because given full Creatorship with free will, you must choose what you want – every single time.So let’s start from the end, which is also the beginning. We’ll work backwards, from the point of completion, so to speak. We’ll start from the place of total liberation, then follow along to see how we did it. How we got here.So the first step, as discussed in the last episode, is to acknowledge yourself as God and claiming your sovereignty, your I Am. The rest is the story of how you became It through the work and practice of turning from self-consciousness to Self-Consciousness until the merging is complete, when there is no separation in your identity and relationship between self (the human self) and Self (the God Self).This is where I am in my practice, and that’s what I’ll be sharing with you in episodes to come.You are not what you think you are. Nothing that you think you are is real. There is no ‘you’ as you understand it in human terms. But the one you are not is the one that’s currently running this show that you think is so real.So let’s come correct from the beginning and get real, shall we? Because the only way to true freedom is to stop being an imposter, a fraud, and being your Self.Little self is what you think you are. They are your ideas of a personality that you created within the Matrix in order to survive, to prove your worth, to justify your existence, perhaps to have an advantage.The big Self simply is. The big Self has nothing to prove because Its very existence is Its own validation. It only looks within Itself for proof of Itself as It is because that is the only validation that is required – the very validation that we have denied ourselves up to now.And when you re-establish yourself as the Source, the cause, reality then switches back to its subordinate role. It goes back to re-align itself with your creative desires, and life once again goes back to work for you.Remember: As Within, So Without.Let’s begin turning away from our fixation on the outer – the world of form, phenomena, bodies, and other people’s opinions and views of the world that have indoctrinated as our own.Let’s start to release all the crap that never belonged to us and therefore never served us, and begin to clean up our inner space so that we can create room for all that is ours – Home, Heaven, Freedom, Joy – all of that to come back to us, to flow back to us, to rush back to us.Let’s start now to anchor ourselves from within, to place our trust back to the most limitless, unconditionally trustworthy and loving source, which is your Self, dear God, your I Am. Let’s initiate our transformation from a purely self-conscious being to a fully Self-conscious being.Let’s start today, in this lifetime. All that’s required of you is to make the choice.Because when you, God, say so, it must be!Remember that you always have a choice, and what you choose to focus on will determine your world. Whatever happens in your life, whatever you experience, is a direct result of the choices that you have made – without exception.So where is your attention? Is it within or is it without? #20 From self-Consciousness to Self-Consciousness

So elegant in its simplicity that you gloss over it and search for more complicated solutions. If you would contemplate this title and live it at every moment until you fully embody your Presence – your I Am – you would be totally liberated, and the Matrix will spit you out! So, want to get spat out?Stay tuned. You Are GodLet me get straight to the point and answer the very question that all of us came here for. The entire point of our earthly existence is ultimately for this realization, which is the realization of what you are, the realization of yourself as God.You are God.The answer is so simple, so obvious, yet only a handful of people have got this in all of our history. And the reason is not because the answer is hard to find or that it’s purposely hidden from us, because once you tune in, it’s everywhere.But the reason why much of our race hasn’t found the simple answer to what we are is because we have been looking in all the wrong places. We have put all our focus on everything except the one place we need to be looking, which is inward – squarely upon ourselves.You are God. So let me save you loads of lifetimes of searching… if that’s what you want, of course. If you want to keep seeking, go right on ahead. You are completely honored. But please unsubscribe from this podcast, because I’m going to be spewing out a lot of spoilers… and unfortunately it’s a little too late now because I already dropped the biggest bomb of all – that you are God.And if you don’t like the word ‘God’, call it whatever you want. It’s you, so call your Self whatever you wish to call your Self. God doesn’t care, because there’s no definition that can ever peg it down.Your True Self, what you really are, as God, is beyond any definition you’ve ever given yourself. All the words we came up with to describe God can only come close at best. But mostly they’re totally and dangerously off, like those that have been taught for millennia from the pulpit.That “God” – the God taught from the pulpit – is actually a direct insult to God I Am – to you. The God depicted in religions is an insult to All That Is because it is a sorry-ass humanoid character born from the small, limited minds of men.God created us as Itself, in It’s true image, absolutely – and that’s what I’m here to tell you. You are God. But the one we ended up worshipping is an imposter that we created according to our human image.So according to that one very famous Book, in that story, God didn’t make us in his image – a dude, on top of that! A white dude no less!No. As far as the God in that book is concerned, he is a man-manufactured entity.And that thing is not you. I AmYou are God.And since we do need words, what do you call yourself? What is your name?The closest definition of God that I like to use is that It is. It just is. So that means that you is too. In other words, you are. And when you proclaim what you are, dear God, the closest thing you can declare when you speak of yourself, is to say, “I Am.”Not I Am this or I Am that. No. Anything that comes after I Am isn’t you. That’s all the crap you made up to hide what you really are. I actually simply prefer “I,” because when you think about, the Am part is already implied. In our language, there’s nothing more comprehensive, more singular, more elegant, more simple, and more declarative than to call myself “I.”Those of you with a Judeo-Christian background are familiar with this famous name of God. The story goes: God came to Moses in the form of a burning bush, and when   asked what Its name is, It replied, “I Am That I Am.” That’s the most common translation, and there are others that are similar, such as “I Am Who I Am,” or “I Am Who I Will Be.”But the shortened version is “I Am.” I like the simplicity of “I Am.” The rest of it ,“… That I Am” – that part, to me, seems redundant. But again, it’s just words. The Hebrew word, or I should say – letters – in the English alphabet, translated as YHWH (pronounced Yahweh) is this name “I Am,” which translates to “to be,” or “to exist.”And that’s the point of this podcast – for you to know what you are, so you can be what you are, and therefore live as you are. That’s what it means to be sovereign, to be free to be you, not some idea of who you think you are as a personality in a body – a creation you made for yourself not knowing your true nature. A creation that looks and acts exactly like that humanoid God we wrote down in that Book.We are embodied here on this idea called Earth, or what I call the Matrix, for one purpose only – to know ourselves. As what? As the human you are? The personality you are? No. We are each here to consciously know ourselves as the Creator, as God I Am.That’s the entire reason why this reality system was created. Not to bring upon suffering or pain or dissatisfaction, but to serve us in helping us to become conscious of our true nature. To finally know what we are, to finally realize, “Oh my fucking God, I AM GOD! Holy shit, I AM GOD!” A New Reference PointWhen you come to the point when you fully realize yourself as I Am, you don’t need to escape from the Matrix or do anything on your part to disconnect from it. Your only part is to know your Self. At the point where you become fully conscious of your I Am-ness, your beingness, the Matrix will spit you out because its function will become obsolete.And apologies if you’re cringing every time I say the word God, because I used to. It used to be a very loaded word with lots of hot buttons that got pushed. But after I accepted my new and only true identity as I Am in this new reality, I actually came around to rather liking the word. What is there not to like about being God?Another wonderfully unexpected result of this is that every time I hear mention of God, no matter what context, I feel wonderfully reminded of my God Self instead of being upset or resistant or focused on what other people choose to believe, which is none of my concern.For example, I was at a jazz performance a few months ago and the pianist sang a gospel-inspired tune praising God and his blessings. And instead of judging him or the song and getting all uncomfortable and provoked like I used to when I didn’t know better, I opened up my hands and took in that sweet tune. I took in the beautiful lyrics and transformed it as offering of praise and delight and appreciation for my God Self.Now when I hear church music, praise be to my I Am. Amen! Hallelujah! I get down praising my Self – my Self with a capital S, my true Self.And when I have casual conversations with people who mention God in the conventional sense, I can now go right along with them because unbeknownst to them, I have a different reference point and I don’t have to announce it. They refer to a God that’s separate from themselves, and I refer to mine as my Self. And whatever it looks or sounds like from the outside, it doesn’t matter. We can all just carry on with our own reality base of our own choosing.Several years ago, when I made this jump and noticed the changes within me, I mentioned it to one person because, like many of you, I hardly have anyone around me who would not only understand, but would even be interested in this topic. As I’m sure you also know from your own experience, it’s only appropriate to volunteer this information only if the other person wants to know.So I told this to my one friend who lives 7,000 miles away, because this feeling of expansiveness and inclusiveness to all things was a new freedom that was such a marked leap in my own consciousness that I needed to share it and he was the only one at the time who got me at this level. Anyway, soon after, he sent me a quote that said:“I was atheist until I realized I Am God.”That about perfectly sums up my turnaround from fighting God to loving God – loving my Self. Stop Seeking and Start KnowingThose of us here, listening in, on this path together… we really want to know what’s real. We know that if we somehow found ourselves, we’d be completely free.And that’s why so many on this journey of self-realization spend their entire lives earnestly seeking for the ultimate answer to the ultimate question, “Who am I?” “What am I?”There is no greater endeavor than to want to know Self. But you know what? As noble as our intention is, so many of us get immediately stuck just as soon as we set out on the path to find out. We trip over right at the gate because we get stuck in the seeking.The thing about seeking in the Matrix is that you will never find. So many people call themselves seekers and get distracted in the drama of seeking. They don’t want to know themselves. They just like the chase. That’s why they keep looking for the answer outside of themselves, because they know they’re never going to find it. Because deep inside, they know that as long as they continue to look for answers outside of themselves, the answers will never come and the chase can continue on indefinitely.I Am. There is no ambiguity in what you are, and what you are is what you have always been. It is you here and now, as it was in all eternity. You are God, All That Is, whatever you want to call it. There is no need to seek for Self because you simply are – here, everywhere.Remember earlier I said that when you say “I Am,” that is all? Adding anything beyond that is not you. Especially when you say something like, “I Am a seeker.” That is the most ironic and the dumbest thing for a supposedly awakened person to say.Simply declare, “I Am.” And shut up. Feel deeply into this. Don’t think about it, feel into it. You who are open and willing and ready will know without a doubt what you are – not who you are – there is a distinction.Who you are is a body and the personality that you created that goes with it. Who you are is the human aspect. There is no certainty in that because who you are are nothing more than labels and roles that you’ve configured to function within the polarizing binary code of the Matrix: “I’m a woman, I’m a man;” “I’m married, I’m divorced;” “I’m straight, I’m gay;” “I’m a CEO, I’m a housewife;” “I’m Black, I’m White;” “I’m fat, I’m skinny;” “I’m healthy, I’m diseased,” “I’m Catholic, I’m atheist.” And on and on and on.On the other hand, what you are – the I Am of you – is constant and eternal and limitless. That’s why no adjective after I Am can define you. Anything that has a definition is in itself a limitation. Every time you declare whatever you think you are, every time you define yourself, you confine yourself to limitations. What you’re declaring is what you are not. What you’re declaring is everything except what you are. Don’t you see what a massive disservice you’re doing to your Self, when you say, “I Am such and such. I Am this and that?”And this is what I wish to convey to you as the first step to going about this freedom thing: Stop the seeking now and start the knowing today. Because you see, it’s already done. You always knew. Start there. Start from where you always are. Start from your knowingness. Your I Am. And in the coming episodes, let’s start exploring how we can begin to tune out all the seeking – all things that we think define reality and ourselves; all the untruths, the I-Am-nots – and begin to zero in and tune into a new reality of living, being, having and doing in the freedom that only comes from being God.Be what you are. #19 You Are God

#18 After the Red Pill, Now What?

[Transcript]Hello sovereign creators. Welcome to Episode 17 titled, “Game of Throne.” Are you ready to be Master of your world? Do you truly wish to be the Sovereign of your kingdom, take your rightful seat on the throne, and claim the scepter of your authority? If you’re serious about being a fully awakened, divinely embodied, integrated, and realized human in this lifetime, you’re going to be asked to take on a specific challenge that I’ll discuss today. Will you accept, or will you postpone? It all depends on how badly you want to wake up now! The Call to the ThroneI usually post a new episode once a week, but I took the past couple of weeks off because of a rather loud request from within me. I get these requests from time to time, and when it comes up, I take it up immediately because every time this happens, it’s a clear call to action that there’s something very important I need to learn at this point in my journey in order to reach a new level of knowing myself.The request was to lay aside anything that took some amount of time to do but wasn’t critical and to invest the time instead to get quiet and observe what’s going on in my inner world. These requests don’t come in words, but always through a strong feeling of knowingness, and this time I ‘heard’ it not so much as a request as previously felt, but as a clear challenge, a throwing down of the gauntlet: “Dear One, if you’re really serious about walking the walk and being the living Standard of the Mastery and Freedom you think you know and talk about, this is it. Are you ready to apply it? Do you accept? Will you cross the line?”You see, a big part of why I created this show was exactly for this reason, so that I can be held accountable for my words and the knowledge that I share. To be in total integrity of everything I express so that it will become living wisdom for myself and everyone who chooses to be a fully awakened, divinely embodied, integrated, and realized human – in this lifetime. This is showtime folks, and I’d better step up and take on the challenge that I’ve been passionately wanting in all my lifetimes, to finally accept it now. The Challenge of MasterySo what is this challenge specifically? If I truly wish to be Sovereign, to be Master, it’s time to create my kingdom, take my rightful seat on the throne, and claim the scepter of my authority. And what and where is this kingdom, the domain of my Sovereignty? It’s my inner world, my consciousness. And how do I create this world of my free reign? By first observing, then organizing, then consciously directing every thought, feeling, word, and action – yes, every single thought, feeling, word and action.It was a call to start cleaning up the filthy, sloppy, chaotic mess of my current internal world and start the cleanup, the renovation, and rebuilding so that my new, gleaming, impeccably-appointed inner kingdom, the home and seat of my consciousness, my temple, becomes the illuminating source and standard for the rest of my out-pictured physical reality to obey.As Within, So Without. What I Am is What Is. What I give forth, I receive. You are consciousness, and consciousness creates reality. I think I say this in every single episode. The more methodically andthoroughly you can clear out all that you-are-not within your kingdom, the home that is your consciousness, and furnish it in exact specifications to what you are, your reality also becomes what you are. It’s time to create your own kingdom of heaven within, not someone else’s idea of heaven, but your heaven, so that you can live out your heaven here on earth.So yes, I accept the challenge. I got my work cut out for me, to put it mildly. And I’m overjoyed by the invitation. I give thanks for it. And if you also truly desire to be free, this is a challenge you’ll come to face over and over again until the day that you’re ready to accept. It’s up to you to decide if you want to start now or delay it indefinitely. It really depends on how badly you want to free, and for me, this is the only thing I want in all of my existence. Nothing comes close to my passion for restoring my natural state of living my Divinity. How about you? How badly do you want to be You? And if not now, when? You Are Your RealityHow many lifetimes… wait, okay, forget about lifetimes for now because it doesn’t even matter… let’s just take this lifetime… all the stuckness, confusion, dissatisfaction, disappointments, insecurity, fear, limitations and a general pervasive unhappiness that seems to follow you around like a shadow everywhere you go. How do you suppose that happened?You didn’t tend to your inner home. You got careless with it. You let your front door, back door, garage door, and all your windows wide open 24-7 for any and all vagrant mental, emotional and psychic thoughts and energies to come and go as they please and make themselves at home. You let them trash your home, eat all your food, steal your belongings, and then they told you that you’re a shitty host.Look inside. Who’s there taking up permanent residence right now? Your mom, dad, teachers, ex-partners, bosses and everyone else who told you who they thought you were, up to no good? Not good enough? Not good looking enough? How about all the sorrows of the past, the regrets, fears, embarrassments, guilt, anger and self-negating thoughts that you’ve been collecting and hoarding in every space, closet and drawer you can fit them into?You can see that just in this one lifetime alone, you’ve created quite a mess. Such an overwhelming mess that most people would rather not deal with it. So they live in denial, denying all responsibility and denying the option to live in fulfillment of who they are. They concluded early on that this is the way life is, the lot that’s handed to them, and live out the rest of their lives in giving up their creatorship and instead choosing victimhood.You are consciousness and consciousness creates reality. Therefore, your reality is exactly what you are. As Creator, your consciousness is your home, your castle, your kingdom – it’s your temple. Whatever state you see your outer world as is exactly the state that your inner world is. You know, you can tell a lot about a person’s character from how they keep their home and surroundings. Their life and surroundings are a replica of their inner environment. Likewise, take a look at the outer home that is your life and it will show you exactly what shape your inner home, your consciousness, is today. Emerson said, “What we are, that only can we see.” The good thing is, there’s never a need to guess what’s going on inside because it’s all there in plain sight.Most people have to be dragged down to the bone, hit rock bottom, and run out of all outer options before they finally give up and surrender to taking the inner look. It’s a last ditch effort, but that’s so unnecessary. Of course, it’s always up to you how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself. And as you become more consumed with the intense desire to wake up, you’ll go from, “Hmmm, this sounds interesting,” to “It looks tough but I’m willing try it,” and then to a joyful “Bring it! I’ll do it! Game on!”The state of being fully congruent to who you are in every thought, feeling, words and action obviously isn’t going to happen overnight, although it could, but where’s the fun in that? I’m at point where I know for certain that it’s possible for me and for anyone who has an intense desire to live fully in their I Am. There’s definitely some work involved, but consciously applying this idea in your life in whatever degree will show how even a small shift in your mind creates a shift in your reality. And each time you see and experience the validity of this transformation in your life, you’ll find yourself more confident, inspired and excited to see how much further you can carry this out, until you start to see a new reality unfolding before you that inches closer and closer to the peace, freedom and joy that is your natural state. Once you get the momentum going, it feels like a fun game that you’re always excited to explore more of and play in.I like to keep episodes under 20 minutes, so this has been more of an intro. I want to say that I’d like to continue in the next few episodes discussing how I’m going about doing this, my observations, and share with you some practical tools. Do you truly wish to be the Sovereign of your kingdom, take your rightful seat on the throne, and claim the scepter of your authority? If you’re serious about being a fully awakened, divinely embodied, integrated, and realized human in this lifetime, you’re going to be asked to take on a specific challenge that I’ll discuss today. Will you accept, or will you postpone? It all depends on how badly you want to wake up now! <h2>The Call to the Throne</h2>I usually post a new episode once a week, but I took the past couple of weeks off because of a rather loud request from within me. I get these requests from time to time, and when it comes up, I take it up immediately because every time this happens, it’s a clear call to action that there’s something very important I need to learn at this point in my journey in order to reach a new level of knowing myself.The request was to lay aside anything that took some amount of time to do but wasn’t critical and to invest the time instead to get quiet and observe what’s going on in my inner world. These requests don’t come in words, but always through a strong feeling of knowingness, and this time I ‘heard’ it not so much as a request as previously felt, but as a clear challenge, a throwing down of the gauntlet: “Dear One, if you’re really serious about walking the walk and being the living Standard of the Mastery and Freedom you think you know and talk about, this is it. Are you ready to apply it? Do you accept? Will you cross the line?”You see, a big part of why I created this show was exactly for this reason, so that I can be held accountable for my words and the knowledge that I share. To be in total integrity of everything I express so that it will become living wisdom for myself and everyone who chooses to be a fully awakened, divinely embodied, integrated, and realized human – in this lifetime. This is showtime folks, and I’d better step up and take on the challenge that I’ve been passionately wanting in all my lifetimes, to finally accept it now. <h2>The Challenge of Mastery</h2>So what is this challenge specifically? If I truly wish to be Sovereign, to be Master, it’s time to create my kingdom, take my rightful seat on the throne, and claim the scepter of my authority. And what and where is this kingdom, the domain of my Sovereignty? It’s my inner world, my consciousness. And how do I create this world of my free reign? By first observing, then organizing, then consciously directing every thought, feeling, word, and action – yes, every single thought, feeling, word and action.It was a call to start cleaning up the filthy, sloppy, chaotic mess of my current internal world and start the cleanup, the renovation, and rebuilding so that my new, gleaming, impeccably-appointed inner kingdom, the home and seat of my consciousness, my temple, becomes the illuminating source and standard for the rest of my out-pictured physical reality to obey.As Within, So Without. What I Am is What Is. What I give forth, I receive. You are consciousness, and consciousness creates reality. I think I say this in every single episode. The more methodically andthoroughly you can clear out all that you-are-not within your kingdom, the home that is your consciousness, and furnish it in exact specifications to what you are, your reality also becomes what you are. It’s time to create your own kingdom of heaven within, not someone else’s idea of heaven, but your heaven, so that you can live out your heaven here on earth.So yes, I accept the challenge. I got my work cut out for me, to put it mildly. And I’m overjoyed by the invitation. I give thanks for it. And if you also truly desire to be free, this is a challenge you’ll come to face over and over again until the day that you’re ready to accept. It’s up to you to decide if you want to start now or delay it indefinitely. It really depends on how badly you want to free, and for me, this is the only thing I want in all of my existence. Nothing comes close to my passion for restoring my natural state of living my Divinity. How about you? How badly do you want to be You? And if not now, when? <h2>You Are Your Reality</h2>How many lifetimes… wait, okay, forget about lifetimes for now because it doesn’t even matter… let’s just take this lifetime… all the stuckness, confusion, dissatisfaction, disappointments, insecurity, fear, limitations and a general pervasive unhappiness that seems to follow you around like a shadow everywhere you go. How do you suppose that happened?You didn’t tend to your inner home. You got careless with it. You let your front door, back door, garage door, and all your windows wide open 24-7 for any and all vagrant mental, emotional and psychic thoughts and energies to come and go as they please and make themselves at home. You let them trash your home, eat all your food, steal your belongings, and then they told you that you’re a shitty host.Look inside. Who’s there taking up permanent residence right now? Your mom, dad, teachers, ex-partners, bosses and everyone else who told you who they thought you were, up to no good? Not good enough? Not good looking enough? How about all the sorrows of the past, the regrets, fears, embarrassments, guilt, anger and self-negating thoughts that you’ve been collecting and hoarding in every space, closet and drawer you can fit them into?You can see that just in this one lifetime alone, you’ve created quite a mess. Such an overwhelming mess that most people would rather not deal with it. So they live in denial, denying all responsibility and denying the option to live in fulfillment of who they are. They concluded early on that this is the way life is, the lot that’s handed to them, and live out the rest of their lives in giving up their creatorship and instead choosing victimhood.You are consciousness and consciousness creates reality. Therefore, your reality is exactly what you are. As Creator, your consciousness is your home, your castle, your kingdom – it’s your temple. Whatever state you see your outer world as is exactly the state that your inner world is. You know, you can tell a lot about a person’s character from how they keep their home and surroundings. Their life and surroundings are a replica of their inner environment. Likewise, take a look at the outer home that is your life and it will show you exactly what shape your inner home, your consciousness, is today. Emerson said, “What we are, that only can we see.” The good thing is, there’s never a need to guess what’s going on inside because it’s all there in plain sight.Most people have to be dragged down to the bone, hit rock bottom, and run out of all outer options before they finally give up and surrender to taking the inner look. It’s a last ditch effort, but that’s so unnecessary. Of course, it’s always up to you how hard or easy you want to make it for yourself. [Transcript]Hello sovereign creators. Thanks for tuning in. I’m your host Alice Kim and today is Episode 16 called “Apocalypse Now.”The Apocalypse is more than the destruction of the world or the cataclysmic event prophesied in religious circles. It’s much more intimate than that. Rather than being an external event, it’s an internal transformation that uncovers and uproots all your untruths  so that you can create your own new Heaven and Earth here and now. The End DaysWhat is an apocalypse? The simplest definition of apocalypse is a catastrophic destruction of the world, whether it be by our own hands, the environment, by planetary forces, or what have you.But the Apocalypse that most people refer to isn’t so much only about the physical destruction of Earth. What most Western people associate the Apocalypse with are the biblical end times, the doomsday scenario called Armageddon. It’s the prophesied time of the final battle between the forces of good and evil. A time where God, returning again as Jesus, takes his final vengeance on the world. He conquers Satan, destroys all the sinners, raises the righteous dead from their graves, and swoops up all the good little boys and girls and takes them up to heaven to live with Him forever. Something like that.And I think when you get to heaven, it sounds as if you sit around all day and play mandolins and harps and praise and worship God for eternity. It’s kind of like being at church service but forever… I mean, thanks but no thanks. That shit sounds way too fucking boring for me. And I’m so glad that I cancelled my ticket to heaven and decided instead to wake up and be my own savior, to free myself from the bondage of that man-made nonsense propaganda that continues to make people rejoice in glee as they judge and destroy each other and wait in bloodlust for the final hour when their insane Creator comes in to punish everyone who doesn’t want to join His club. Sounds pretty damn childish, doesn’t it?Anyway… people have been speaking about the coming Apocalypse for thousands of years, and it’s so crazy because there are millions who want this and then get really disappointed every time these prophesied dates fail to turn into the great planetary destruction that they’ve been praying for.To add a little personal flavor, I was raised Christian – primarily Presbyterian, but when I was about 10 or so, my family was involved in a Baptist church for a couple of years. And you know what they did to kids like me? They showed us a bunch of rapture movies based on the Left Behind series, and we’d sing songs about being left behind afterwards and we’d all be a scared, crying mess by the end of the night. And there I was, scared shitless, and thinking that I was that bad little girl in the movie who was left behind because I wasn’t a good enough Christian. I’d always be in fear that I’m not going to make it to heaven, and this guilt stayed with me up until my early thirties until I finally released it – or should I say, I exorcised it – completely out of my being. That was child abuse. Religious indoctrination is child abuse, and these churches are doing a heck of a job. The Second ComingSo the Apocalypse is what most people consider the end times, and due to a heavy religious influence in our Western culture, it’s often associated with the second coming of Christ as a warrior to kick Satan’s ass and deliver his final judgment on who's been naughty and whose been nice. Basically, it’s the final countdown to the Final Reckoning. And oh… if you’re on the shit list, you are so fucked – because I mean we’re talking eternal damnation in hellfire… either that, eternal boredom in heaven playing harps and flutes and singing worship songs praising God’s greatness – I mean… is that heaven or is that North Korea? I’m not sure what’s worse: heaven or hell, or heaven or North Korea (and by the way, I happen to be half North Korean). So basically, eternal punishment or eternal punishment are your only options.So what is my point today besides ranting on religion. I do have a point. And the point is this: If you can relate to anything I say in this show, then you’ve woken up. And if you’ve woken up, then you’ve already entered your Apocalypse. Your Apocalypse is happening NOW.The word apocalypse comes from Greek origins: apo meaning “un-” and kaluptein meaning “to cover.” So together, apocalypse means to “uncover”, or “reveal.” So in that regard, you can see how the Book of Revelation in the Bible is about the Apocalypse and is often referred to simply as Revelation or The Apocalypse because they mean the same thing.So enough of Bible study for today and back to your Apocalypse….You have woken up, and once you wake up, you enter your Apocalypse. Not some foretold future group event where some dude with a beard in a flowing robe and sandals comes down to judge you tell you what you are, what you’re worth, and where you’re sentenced for eternity.NO. This is a highly individual and profoundly personal event that occurs when the Divinity that you are wakes up within you. And as soon as that lamp of your Divine spark is switched on however dimly, it starts to dispel the darkness of ignorance, the darkness of unconsciousness in your world. As the presence of your light, your consciousness, starts to light up your world, it uncovers the veil of ignorance – all the untruths that have kept you unconscious – and reveals to you the truth of who and what you are, which is Divine essence, I Am… God Itself.You see, the second coming of Christ isn’t Jesus. It’s YOU. You are the Christ that first came down in human form, got a bit waylaid in this density and temporarily forgot who you were. But with any well-designed vehicle, we created a safety feature before we got here, a built-in mechanism within us that would take us back home when the time was right – home meaning back to your Self, not some place like heaven…there’s no such place. You are the source of all things heavenly, so why would you need to go to some place like that? It would only dim in comparison. It would only be a cheap imitation of what you already are.So once something in you feels ready to wake up to your Truth, you activate the mechanism that shows you your way back to remembering who you are. And this re-remembering of your Christedness, your Divinity, is your Second Coming. Your Apocalypse Is NOWOnce you wake up, you can’t ever go back to sleep. You can certainly delay your realization, your enlightenment, your ascension, whatever you want to call it – your Freedom – but you can’t undo the journey back to You. So yeah, once you wake up, you still have a choice of whether you want to go fast, go slow, or suspend it for as long as you want – lifetimes, even – until you feel ready to resume your return to Self.But if you choose to continue now, I don’t need to explain to you that your world is obviously going to change. You chose Freedom and all the things that kept you down and stuck and lost is going to be uncovered and revealed for your release. And although I’m not saying these changes are always going to be disastrous, much of it will probably be uncomfortable and many things will indeed be disruptive to your current version of reality to one degree or another.But whatever changes may come, it will also be an apocalypse in the conventional sense of the word because it will be the end of the world as you knew it. It will be a cataclysm that dissolves the old, tired, false, limiting, fearful world – all “sins” because sin just means unconscious – and brings in the new, inspired, free and unlimited energy of expansion, peace and joy.Hey listen, we’re all going to wake up. We’re all going to go through our own apocalypse, in our own time. Some chose to go first, like many of you who are listening. It’s not a race, and we don’t get extra credit for going first. It’s just about how soon and how badly you want to be free, and everyone has their own preference for when that time is right.But if you so choose to claim your Sovereignty now, your Apocalypse is already here now. It’s truly the end of time, because time ceases to exist in the eternal timelessness of Now. And Now is where your Freedom lies because Now is the only moment there ever is.So with that, my wish is to help you who still have any fear or lingering reservations about the Apocalypse, and more so, about where you’re headed next. At the end of it all, you’re just going to simply remember your Self and instead of going back Home, this time Home is coming to you. After you release all of the obstructions within the Matrix or the Old Earth – the falsehoods of who you are not – your final integration of your human and divine essence is what you’ll uncover as your I Am. So yeah, once you wake up, you still have a choice of whether you want to go fast, go slow, or suspend it for as long as you want – lifetimes, even – until you feel ready to resume your return to Self. But if you choose to continue now, I don’t need to explain to you that your world is obviously going to change. You chose Freedom and all the things that kept you down and stuck and lost is going to be uncovered and revealed for your release. And although I’m not saying these changes are always going to be disastrous, much of it will probably be uncomfortable and many things will indeed be disruptive to your current version of reality to one degree or another.But whatever changes may come, it will also be an apocalypse in the conventional sense of the word because it will be the end of the world as you knew it. It will be a cataclysm that dissolves the old, tired, false, limiting, fearful world – all “sins” because sin just means unconscious – and brings in the new, inspired, free and unlimited energy of expansion, peace and joy. Hey listen, we’re all going to wake up. We’re all going to go through our own apocalypse, in our own time. Some chose to go first, like many of you who are listening. It’s not a race, and we don’t get extra credit for going first. It’s just about how soon and how badly you want to be free, and everyone has their own preference for when that time is right.But if you so choose to claim your Sovereignty now, your Apocalypse is already here now. It’s truly the end of time, because time ceases to exist in the eternal timelessness of Now. And Now is where your Freedom lies because Now is the only moment there ever is.So with that, my wish is to help you who still have any fear or lingering reservations about the Apocalypse, and more so, about where you’re headed next. At the end of it all, you’re just going to simply remember your Self and instead of going back Home, this time Home is coming to you. After you release all of the obstructions within the Matrix or the Old Earth – the falsehoods of who you are not – your final integration of your human and divine essence is what you’ll uncover as your I Am. #16 Apocalypse Now

The good news is, you’ll never have to guess because the answers are always right in front you in the form of your reality. The Heart of Your MiscreationsIn this show, the Matrix is an umbrella term that stands for the network of collective and individual consciousness that interweave to create the tapestry that we know as reality. Within this Matrix are submatrices and supermatrices and inner and outer matrices and all kinds of layers and levels that probably have no end.But all of that doesn’t matter because they’re all just illusions created by mind, and making illusions more complicated will only get you more lost in illusion. And as this show is about clearing the way out of the jungle of illusion and releasing into freedom, the only parts of the Matrix that I’m concerned with are the ones that directly obstruct our freedom, our joy, our peace, and our eternal right as sovereign creators to live and be happily every after.And as much as things, events and people outside of us have an influence on our life, I always go back to the fact that we need to stop pointing the finger out there at them and point it back on ourselves. Why? Because nothing can happen without your permission, your allowing it to happen. So taking back the responsibility upon ourselves is the first step to being sovereign, because to shirk responsibility is to be a victim, and a victim can never be a victor.So the only Matrix that you need to release is ultimately the one within, and the biggest and deepest layer or level within yourself that directly influences all the structures in your mind… in other words, the foundation that affects the entire structure of your reality – is your inability to love yourself.You don’t love yourself. When I found this out, it was such a shock and at the same time so freeing in that it revealed to me the reason why my life was the way it was. It was the missing puzzle piece that all of a sudden put the whole picture in focus and showed me how I’ve been creating – or more like miscreating – my world.I didn’t love myself. This simple reason was what made my life so often complicated and conflicting with a constant background hum, this white noise of not okay. And I would venture to say that if that’s how you also feel in your life, which is most likely a hell yes – I mean, literally a yes to hell – then it’s time to examine all the ways in which you also don’t love yourself.This thing we call life is an illusion, an illusion that’s there to help us to return back to who we are, back to wholeness. And it does this by reflecting back to us in form what’s really going on in the formless reality of our consciousness. It’s like a mirror or an echo. Whatever you look like inside is what you see out here. Whether you whisper or shout, that’s what you’re going to hear back. And if you don’t like what you see and hear, you can’t blame and attack the mirror or fight the echo, because it’s all coming from you.So let’s stop fighting imaginary enemies and see your present reality for what it is, for what you are. No matter how rough and tough and unfair your world looks like, let that be your guide into the terrain of your inner landscape. The only way to disconnect from the Matrix is to actually step right in and walk right through it so that you can return to your true Self that’s under, above, between, around, and beyond it. The Matrix Is All the Ways You Don't Love YourselfThis business of not loving yourself is the heart of your miscreations. Your reality is simply a reflection of what’s really going on inside you, and if the world appears unfriendly and unloving, it’s because you’re unfriendly and unloving to yourself. It’s as simple as that.I mentioned earlier about seeing yourself as victim – that’s not loving yourself. That’s admitting that you’re someone who gets abused and gets taken advantage of by others because you don’t deserve to be loved and respected. If you you didn’t believe it, why would you let it happen?If you’re looking for love outside yourself, whether from people, pets, whatever, you don’t love yourself. In fact, good luck, ‘cause you’re never going to find it. You may go through different faces at different phases and places in your life, but the general arc of your relationships will be more or less the same in that you’re always going to be wanting love. You see, as long as the engine of your creation is run by lack of self-love, you’re going to have to keep it going by feeding this engine with the fuel it needs, which is more lack of self-love. This is the reason why people who leave abusive relationships continue to attract new abusive relationships. I’m sorry to say this, but it’s not them nor the relationship – it’s you.And you can say, “Oh, how can you be so heartless,” but you know what? You’re either a creator or you’re a victim, and you have got to choose what you want, and right now, you choose not to love yourself. This may not sound compassionate at all to people who are asleep (because it’s always backwards like that over there in the world of unconsciousness) but from an awakened perspective, this is as compassionate as I can get – to show you what’s going on and letting you know that you have options. So you can stop playing the victim and start being a victorious Creator – but only if you choose.Moving on….If you seek approval and validation from others, that’s not loving yourself. And you may say that you’re cool and you’re beyond this need for approval and external validation, but I’d like to challenge that. I’m so fucking tired of people who talk a good talk and quote fluffy affirmations while staring at themselves in the mirror… remember a sketch called “Daily Affirmations with Stuart Smalley” from Saturday Night Live back in the 90s? “I’m good enough. I’m smart enough. And doggone it, people like me.” (I’ll post a video clip of that back on the website.)"I'm good enough. I'm smart enough. And doggone it, people like me."People can say anything they want to say about how much they love and respect themselves, but once again, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, honey, and that eating is the life you’re living, it’s the reality that you’re experiencing. And how does that look and feel right now? Would you say that it’s loving and peaceful and joyful and expansive… or not? You can say that your own life is your greatest bullshit detector… or truth detector… however you want to see it. And thank your Godself for that! I’m running out of time here because I want to keep it under 20 minutes, so I’ll have to start wrapping up… but here’s a few more.How many times do you express love to others, prioritize your life for others, put them before you, yet you ignore yourself? People call that sacrifice and proudly wear it like a badge of honor when all it is is martyrdom, and that looks good on no one! I’m not saying to abandon your children and your family and be totally selfish (whatever that means to you), but your lack of self-respect and self-love is allowing you to be a feeding ground for everyone else who wants something from you. And here’s a tip to know if you’re being of true service as a Sovereign Creator or being trampled on as a martyr: How’s your energy level? Energized or drained?I don’t hear hardly anyone accepting anything about themselves, especially their bodies. They hate their body – there's always some excuse why it’s not good enough. They always have to lose that extra five pounds. They eat something delicious and then turn around and get mad at themselves and feel guilty for a little enjoyment that they’d rather call indulging. To my horror the other day I had someone who called herself a pig after our lunch! They hate their voice, they hate their arms, nose… whatever it is. But I guess it’s kind of understandable because if you don’t love yourself, how can you love your body? And do you think you’re your body?The Greatest Love of AllMost people don’t love themselves. They don’t accept themselves. They lack compassion for themselves. They’re incomplete. So they think they can get complete by giving to others who are also incomplete. They think that giving, being compassionate and loving others will make them whole, or that joining with another incomplete being will together create a whole.But as long as you’re not loving yourself, there’s lack, and giving what you don’t have will only push you deeper into more lack, like try to give someone $50 when you only have $5 in your pocket, energetically speaking. And joining with another to pool together completion only looks that way for a while, but the union will always be one of mutual need and dependence, and that’s no way to be free. The only way to be free is to be sovereign, to be totally who you are. And lack of self-love is believing in all the things that you aren’t as told to you by others as a result of this very dependence upon them, and making it your truth. So if you wish to break free of this artificial Matrix and be complete unto yourself, it’s time to recognize and undo all the programming of not loving ourselves and to begin creating your own paradise that can only come from loving Self.It’s not about being narcissistic, although ‘they’ will say so. It’s not about standing in front of the mirror admiring yourself, although you can do that – hey, why not appreciate yourself?… Nothing wrong with that. Self love is being who you are. It’s being authentic, because you accept everything about yourself. Because you’re being true to yourself.And when you’re authentic with yourself, when you truly love yourself, you don’t have to say a word, because your Presence – your Authentic Presence – the fullness of who you are, will be felt by all. And because you’re so full and complete within yourself, as yourself, you won’t need or want anything outside of you because you’re now generating all the energy you need from within. You can say that you’re now living off the grid, the Matrix, because you’re no longer dependent on outside energies to fill you up.The engine of your creation I referred to earlier is no longer run by the false, dirty trash of negative self-regard and lack of compassion – you feed dirty fuel, you get dirty emissions. #15 Do You Love Yourself?

[Transcript]Hello there. Thanks tuning in. I'm your host Alice Kim, and this is Episode 14 titled “Questions for a New Reality.”Are you bored, unfulfilled, or even totally fed up with your life? Would you like more happiness, laughter, peace and lightness in your world?If you really want to experience more joy and freedom in your life, you’re going to have to change your mind about what you think and believe about it, because how you choose to see your life is how your life will be shown to you.So today I’ll share with you a few short and simple questions that will help you to first clear out your mind clutter, the thought-trash that’s clogging up the pipes and making it hard for you to connect with your essence. Then we’ll start to set up a new vantage point from which to reconfigure and reorient the way you want to see your life, so that that begins to appear as the new reality for you.Sound good?Transcending the Matrix of MindBefore we start with the questions, I want to make a comment about how consciousness and mind play into the Matrix.You are consciousness and where your consciousness goes, there you are. And currently, you’re stuck in the Matrix. And you’re stuck in the Matrix because you’re stuck in your mind.The Matrix, the reality that you think you live in, is a virtual reality created by you – consciousness – mistaking yourself for mind. And as the light of your consciousness looks at mind as itself, it then creates the projection that appears as things, events and circumstances in your life.Your mind is the Matrix – it’s the blueprint of your reality. And the thoughts and beliefs that make up your mind are the building blocks, or the raw materials, that create the actual structures of your realty. So if you’re not in love with what’s going on in your reality, there’s only one way to change that, and that’s to change what’s in your mind.Now granted, creating a new Matrix – albeit something that works better for you – is not the way to ultimate liberation. True liberation is a total and final release from the Matrix, the illusion of the mind. Let’s not mistake a happier life in the Matrix for ultimate freedom. Because an illusion, no matter what it looks like, is still an illusion.But it’s very difficult if not nearly impossible for most of us to jump from limited consciousness to full-blown enlightenment overnight. And when that happens, the universe will disappear because it will have been transcended. But until we uncover that state of total freedom as us, I think you’ll agree that it’s more than appropriate to learn how to deprogram and reprogram Matrix to uplift ourselves to higher understanding and realization.After all, that’s what the Matrix is here for. To help you to return to Self. Questions Open Up New RealitiesQuestions are great because they create an opening for something new. Our lives appear to be the way they are because we’ve bought into certain beliefs that made them so. Once you believe something, you’ve made up your mind on that thing. That’s when the questioning stops and you declare a thing to be so.Once you make up your mind and choose one potential over all the other infinite possibilities, you fragment reality and solidify that specific point of reference as the only reality for you. That’s what quantum mechanics refers to as the Quantum Multiverse hypothesis. There’s a short PBS video that illustrates this and I’ll include it on the episode page if you’re interested: disconnectmatrix.com/podcast/14.But forget quantum mechanics for a second and just look at your own life experience. Have you ever questioned a belief you held and then ended up changing your position? What happened to your reality after that? Did it or did it not change?Could parallel universes exist? If so, what would they look like and how would they form?So What?Okay, now onto the questions.The first question is: So what?So what? is a fabulous way to release the stronghold of mind-fixation. Every time you apply So what? to any thoughts that you notice, it makes you see right away how meaningless and immaterial they are.This is especially great for getting in the habit of seeing passing thoughts and judgments for what they are – pesky nothings –  and dismissing them on the spot.So what? is such a great way to declutter and silence all the endless chatter going on in your mind: “Oh, I like this, I like that… that’s good, that’s bad… why is this happening… why is this not happening…” SHUT UP! That’s what I usually say to my mind. Passing thoughts are totally useless, and all they do is clutter and pollute the space of your stillness – your Presence.Think of your mind as your home, and the streets outside and the rest of the public spaces as shared collective mind. Now think of passing thoughts as garbage that someone else littered that you pick up from the streets. Or maybe you go dumpster diving in other people’s garbage bins and actively look for something you can take.Whatever the case, you pick up someone else’s mental garbage – mental baggage – and bring it back to your own house because for whatever reason, you think it has some value for you. That’s all the stuff that you get fed from “out there” – parents, teachers, friends, church, the news, Facebook, whatever. I’m not saying they’re all garbage, but for the most part – a huge chunk of it – is a bunch of mental babble that’s not yours, not true, and just a bunch of space garbage.So what? is a great way to dismiss passing thoughts that aren’t yours so that you can clear away the junk that you’ve been hoarding from outside you. They’re like millions of text messages – mental junk – moving through space that you catch with your mind and then you think it’s coming from you.Whenever you catch yourself immersed in mind chatter, ask of those thoughts, “So what?” and then just laugh it off and be done with it. And if you do get hooked, you now have an option to unhook yourself.This unhooking does more than free you from mind congestion – it also frees you from time. It unhooks you from the grip of past and future and brings you back to Now. And Now is the only state that can bring about a new reality because thoughts only throw you around between past and future.The less thoughts you have in the space of your Presence, the more you consciously connect with consciousness. And as you are the consciousness that creates realities, you can now direct it to enjoy the reality of your truth and choosing.Why Not?The next question that’s helpful to ask is: Why not?So what? is great for dismissing passing thoughts to quickly clear away mind chatter so you can connect back to the stillness of Presence and return to the Now. In the clarity of the Now, you can then begin to make new choices to bring upon new realities. It’s like cleaning out your closet to get ride of all the stuff that you don’t wear, that no longer fit you, and is just plain out of style. So that’s so what?The next question, Why Not? is fantastic for challenging more heavily-ingrained thoughts and beliefs that hold you back in limitation – all the I can’ts, I won’ts and I-am-nots.Everything that you want but you don’t have has to do with I can’t and I won’t – which is pretty much the same thing – and if you drill down to the core, it’s really about I-am-not, or in other words, a sense of self-lack or a lack of self-worth.Ask yourself anything that you’d like to be, do or have in your life and just observe the litany of all the whys – the why you can’ts and why you won’ts and why you’re too old or too young or too this or that to have it.In it’s own twisted way, the ego makes you feel kind of special for having your particular limitations, and makes you feel almost proud to not be able to do or have what you want. Because no matter how much you don’t like your life, that’s who you believe you are, and cute little ego wants to hold on and defend its identity no matter how miserable it is. Why? Because if you weren’t all that you believe you are, then who the hell are you? Better to have an identity than not have one at all, I suppose, is how the logic goes.So with each very special lame excuse that comes up after asking, “Why not?”, now ask the next question, “Truth?” Truth?If you’re honest with yourself and not totally unconscious, simply asking, “Truth?” will give you an answer right away. And any statement where you’re fighting for and defending your limitations will always return a negative response.Asking, “Why not?” is crucial because you need to first see all the reasons why you believe in your limitations so that you can then challenge them and see that they were never real. You see, some people may be aware enough to see the why’s to their limitations and lack, but most will stop right there because they see and accept their self-imposed limitations as the very edge of a reality that they can’t go beyond.If you would simply inquire the truth, the truth will indeed set you free. It’ll tell you that you can express and expand and be more of who you are at any moment.But knowing that the door has never been closed to new realities isn’t enough to change anything, sorry to say. Yes, the door has always been wide open. But as always, it’s up to you to make the choice to step through.And that’s the hardest part. Your willingness to accept the price of freedom, and that’s the unknown frontier called change. You see, most people talk a good talk about wanting change, but when it comes down to it, they don’t really want it. They’re scared shitless of change.So the mind’s conflicted with one foot on the gas and one foot on the break, and what happens? Nothing! Just more of the same.Just more of the same = indecision.So what’s it gonna be? Do you really want joy, freedom and peace – or do you not? And if you don’t, ask yourself, “Why not?” And whatever answers come to you, ask of it: “Truth?” What’s Next?If you’ve made the decision to recreate your reality, the next question is: What’s next?Here’s the thing. Now that you’ve decided, it’s already done. And what’s even better than that is there’s nothing more you need to do except to allow the next steps, the opportunities, to come to you. Really, they just come to you.Your only job now is to look out for the opportunities that come your way. And asking yourself, “What next?” will turn up your radar in active anticipation of all the things that present themselves to you.Remember earlier I said that we do the very opposite by closing in on one point, one particle called a belief, and that shuts down all the other possibilities? Well, by asking, “What’s next? What’s possible? What else is there?”, you now open yourself up to infinite options to choose from.Keep requesting, “Show me what’s next. Show me what’s possible.” And when the next step, the next gift, arrives at your door… what do you do? You simply open the door and receive it. And as you unwrap the gift to see what’s inside, you’ll be guided to act according to what feels appropriate. Continue to allow and receive and act (if that’s what feels right) on the gifts that show up at your door and before you know it, you’ll find yourself in a new reality full of all the gifts that you wanted.And the marvelous part of it all is that you would now see that all the gifts you’re experiencing now has always been here for you, but you never chose to see them. They were all waiting at your doorstep, yet you never thought to open the door and receive them.Enjoy your creations. Enjoy the gifts you give yourself. They’re all there, ready to knock  at your door, to present themselves to you, if you would but ask it to simply come forth.So what’s next? What’s possible? What would you like to create?The world, the Matrix, is your oyster. [Transcript]Hello there. Thanks tuning in. I'm your host Alice Kim, and this is Episode 14 titled “Questions for a New Reality.” Are you bored, unfulfilled, or even totally fed up with your life? Would you like more happiness, laughter, peace and lightness in your world?If you really want to experience more joy and freedom in your life, you’re going to have to change your mind about what you think and believe about it, because how you choose to see your life is how your life will be shown to you.So today I’ll share with you a few short and simple questions that will help you to first clear out your mind clutter, the thought-trash that’s clogging up the pipes and making it hard for you to connect with your essence. Then we’ll start to set up a new vantage point from which to reconfigure and reorient the way you want to see your life, so that that begins to appear as the new reality for you.Sound good?<h2> Transcending the Matrix of Mind</h2>Before we start with the questions, I want to make a comment about how consciousness and mind play into the Matrix. You are consciousness and where your consciousness goes, there you are. And currently, you’re stuck in the Matrix. And you’re stuck in the Matrix because you’re stuck in your mind. The Matrix, the reality that you think you live in, is a virtual reality created by you – consciousness – mistaking yourself for mind. And as the light of your consciousness looks at mind as itself, it then creates the projection that appears as things, events and circumstances in your life. Your mind is the Matrix – it’s the blueprint of your reality. And the thoughts and beliefs that make up your mind are the building blocks, or the raw materials, that create the actual structures of your realty. So if you’re not in love with what’s going on in your reality, there’s only one way to change that, and that’s to change what’s in your mind. Now granted, creating a new Matrix – albeit something that works better for you – is not the way to ultimate liberation. True liberation is a total and final release from the Matrix, the illusion of the mind. Let’s not mistake a happier life in the Matrix for ultimate freedom. Because an illusion, no matter what it looks like, is still an illusion. But it’s very difficult if not nearly impossible for most of us to jump from limited consciousness to full-blown enlightenment overnight. And when that happens, the universe will disappear because it will have been transcended. But until we uncover that state of total freedom as us, I think you’ll agree that it’s more than appropriate to learn how to deprogram and reprogram Matrix to uplift ourselves to higher understanding and realization. After all, that’s what the Matrix is here for. To help you to return to Self. <h2>Questions Open Up New Realities</h2>Questions are great because they create an opening for something new. Our lives appear to be the way they are because we’ve bought into certain beliefs that made them so. Once you believe something, you’ve made up your mind on that thing. That’s when the questioning stops and you declare a thing to be so. Once you make up your mind and choose one potential over all the other infinite possibilities, you fragment reality and solidify that specific point of reference as the only reality for you. That’s what quantum mechanics refers to as the Quantum Multiverse hypothesis. But forget quantum mechanics for a second and just look at your own life experience. Have you ever questioned a belief you held and then ended up changing your position? What happened to your reality after that? Did it or did it not change?Could parallel universes exist? If so, what would they look like and how would they form?<h2>So What?</h2>Okay, now onto the questions. The first question is: So what? So what? is a fabulous way to release the stronghold of mind-fixation. Every time you apply So what? to any thoughts that you notice, it makes you see right away how meaningless and immaterial they are. This is especially great for getting in the habit of seeing passing thoughts and judgments for what they are – pesky nothings –  and dismissing them on the spot.So what? is such a great way to declutter and silence all the endless chatter going on in your mind: “Oh, I like this, I like that… that’s good, that’s bad… why is this happening… why is this not happening…” SHUT UP! That’s what I usually say to my mind. Passing thoughts are totally useless, and all they do is clutter and pollute the space of your stillness – your Presence.Think of your mind as your home, and the streets outside and the rest of the public spaces as shared collective mind. Now think of passing thoughts as garbage that someone else littered that you pick up from the streets. Or maybe you go dumpster diving in other people’s garbage bins and actively look for something you can take.Whatever the case, you pick up someone else’s mental garbage – mental baggage – and bring it back to your own house because for whatever reason, you think it has some value for you. That’s all the stuff that you get fed from “out there” – parents, teachers, friends, church, the news, Facebook, whatever. I’m not saying they’re all garbage, but for the most part – a huge chunk of it – is a bunch of mental babble that’s not yours, not true, and just a bunch of space garbage.So what? is a great way to dismiss passing thoughts that aren’t yours so that you can clear away the junk that you’ve been hoarding from outside you. They’re like millions of text messages – mental junk – moving through space that you catch with your mind and then you think it’s coming from you. Whenever you catch yourself immersed in mind chatter, ask of those thoughts, “So what?” and then just laugh it off and be done with it. Our ideas of ourselves are heavily fed by stories of what the world thinks we are and ought to be. It’s time to stop believing in the hearsay of what we think we are and to actually know who we are. And the first step to living the truth of who you are is to give yourself permission to be who you are.[Transcript]Thanks tuning in. Each is a choice, and what you choose either keeps you stuck in the Matrix, or sets you free.So what’s it gonna be?Who the Hell Do You Think You Are?Let me ask you: Who the hell do you think you are?Sound familiar?Isn’t that what the world asks you every time you open up a bit and try to be who you are? And if you’re honest enough, isn’t that what you ask yourself every time you feel inspired to move out of your complacency and into something that expresses who you are in a much grander way?Who the hell do you think you are?It’s a rhetorical question that doesn’t ask you for your input, nor for your answer. It’s something that you're told. It’s a hypnotic statement disguised as a question and thrown at you to keep you from knowing who and what you are.It’s a coded phrase that’s loaded with a program that works like a switch to turn you right off as soon as you’re switched on and turned on to the spark of your true nature, which is limitlessness, freedom, peace and joy.Instead, the energy from this one single phrase – Who do you think you are?... or Who do I think I am? – it’s enough to short-circuit and fry your mind with a painful jolt as punishment and reminder of how you’re not good enough and not deserving enough of anything more than what you think you are and where you think you are today.Who do you think you are?It’s a question that keeps you from ever questioning. It’s a hypnotic overlay that shuts you up, shuts you down, and keeps you imprisoned and stuck in your thinking mind so that you continue to keep identifying yourself as what you’re told to think you are. Thinking about a thing, my friends, has nothing to do with knowing a thing. To say that you think this or think that, is just admitting that you don’t know shit.And here we are, believing in all the things that we’ve been told by what others think of us – which is really them telling you what they think of themselves – and then your mistaking this thinking that’s not even yours as your knowing of who you are.And none of this would matter except for one thing – in that as long as you believe in who you think you are, you’re not living as yourself. And if you’re not living as yourself, who’s life are you living?Be as You AreThe Matrix is a creation of your mind. No matter what it looks like, there’s nothing 'out there' forcing you to be, do or have anything more than what you choose. It’s all your choice. And that’s the good news as well as the bad news – and that, too, depends on how you choose to see it.You either think it or know it. They’re mutually exclusive and you can’t be both. As long as you think it, you can’t know it. And when you know it, there's nothing more to think about. It just is.I think therefore I am.Bull fucking shit. Thinking about something is not knowing a thing, and thinking what you are is not knowing what you are.So do you choose to live as what you think you are, the digital image that you created with mind, like a character in a video game that can only do certain things based on the rules of the game set by an existing program? Or do you choose to beak out of the self-imposed Matrix, to go beyond to know yourself in your totality as embodied divinity, as God knowing Itself as you?Isn’t it time to give yourself permission to be as you are?Instead of asking ourselves, “Who do I think I am?” Instead of doubting ourselves, belittling ourselves, judging ourselves to be the stories we make ourselves up to be – all the I-am-nots – what would it be like to ask instead, “What do I know myself to be?”And being what I Am, how would I like to live as I Am? Your Permission to Be Who You AreBe as you are.Give yourself your own permission now, which is to say just choose now, to be the Sovereign being that you are.Be as you are. Be Free.Haven’t you lived long enough confined in a box, forcing yourself to follow rigid rules and beliefs that were set by others and have nothing to do with you, that doesn’t serve you in any way?It’s time to stop thinking about who you think you are, and choosing to know what you are. Instead of choosing to continue to be cut down and held down by thoughts of “Who do I think I am?”, choose now instead, “I know what I Am. I be what I Am. I Am That I Am.”Allow yourself the permission to be who you are. Your own permission is all it takes.Regardless of what it looks like and what you thought, there’s no one out there that you need permission from. There’s no hall monitor out there who’s patrolling your life ready to take you in and write you up and punish you for leaving your little box, your little cell of self-imposed limitations, “Now wait a minute here, you’re way out of place. Where do you think you’re going? What do you think you’re doing? Who the hell do think you are?”But it’ll still feel like it, and the little patrol man nonetheless is going to show up until you finally decide, “No more.” Until you fully become all that you are. And that could take a little time. :)Until then, trust yourself. Be true to yourself. Be a little more courageous in honoring yourself every day by being yourself and standing up for yourself, even if it’s a little scary at first. It’s only scary because it’s new. And after you do it and find out how supportive it all is – to be what you are, to be who you are – you’ll have more certainty in being more of yourself.And that’s how you build confidence. Confidence: Boldly Trusting Who You AreConfidence isn’t puffing or pumping yourself up. It’s not about building yourself up to look like you’re more than you are. That’s just a reaction to cover up the fact that you don’t trust yourself.True confidence is actually a stripping away of all the I-am-nots until you’re only left with what’s real and true to you, to what you are.The word confidence comes from Latin that means to have full trust, to boldly trust. And trusting in your true essence, your Presence, is a bold move that most humans aren’t ready to do… just yet. They’re too focused on the making the Matrix real, the mind real, to make thinking real – they’re still enjoying the game. Start with a Cup of CoffeeI was at a diner yesterday with a friend, Agota.There was Greek coffee on the menu which she never had, so she decided to order it and give it a try. After a couple of sips, she decided that she didn’t like it – not so much how the coffee was prepared, but the quality of it. I also tried some and it tasted like hot dishwater was poured over old coffee grinds.She was hesitant at first, but decided to send it back and exchanged it for a regular cup of coffee. She said to me, “You know, in the past, the old me wouldn’t say anything about the coffee because I didn’t want to cause a stir. I’d just deal with it even if I wasn’t happy with the food or service. But these days, I’ve been emboldening myself to be more of myself and ask for what I want.”And that touched me very deeply.I say always ask for what you want, even if it’s over a cup of coffee. That seemingly little incident over a cup of coffee may have not been a big deal to someone else, but it was huge to her. It elevated her level of trust in taking her seat as her I Am to a new level. It helped build up her confidence in herself.Are you afraid to say something or do something because you fear it will disrupt the system? Because you're afraid that it might rock the boat?As long as you're aware and honest with yourself and say and act in full integrity and pure intentions, go ahead and disrupt. Go ahead and rock the damn boat!Why? Because the world is full of fear and people are waiting for someone else to go first and let them know that it’s okay to be who they are. And no word or act is too small for the opportunity to build up your own confidence – that bold trust in Self – in not only yourself, but to be the wayshower for others to follow suit. So do you choose to live as what you think you are, the digital image that you created with mind, like a character in a video game that can only do certain things based on the rules of the game set by an existing program? Or do you choose to beak out of the self-imposed Matrix, to go beyond to know yourself in your totality as embodied divinity, as God knowing Itself as you? Isn’t it time to give yourself permission to be as you are? Instead of asking ourselves, “Who do I think I am?” Instead of doubting ourselves, belittling ourselves, judging ourselves to be the stories we make ourselves up to be – all the I-am-nots – what would it be like to ask instead, “What do I know myself to be?” And being what I Am, how would I like to live as I Am? <h2>Your Permission to Be Who You Are</h2>Be as you are.Give yourself your own permission now, which is to say just choose now, to be the Sovereign being that you are.Be as you are. Be Free. Haven’t you lived long enough confined in a box, forcing yourself to follow rigid rules and beliefs that were set by others and have nothing to do with you, that doesn’t serve you in any way? It’s time to stop thinking about who you think you are, and choosing to know what you are. Instead of choosing to continue to be cut down and held down by thoughts of “Who do I think I am?”, choose now instead, “I know what I Am. I be what I Am. I Am That I Am.” Allow yourself the permission to be who you are. Your own permission is all it takes.Regardless of what it looks like and what you thought, there’s no one out there that you need permission from. There’s no hall monitor out there who’s patrolling your life ready to take you in and write you up and punish you for leaving your little box, your little cell of self-imposed limitations, “Now wait a minute here, you’re way out of place. Where do you think you’re going? What do you think you’re doing? Who the hell do think you are?” But it’ll still feel like it, and the little patrol man nonetheless is going to show up until you finally decide, “No more.” Until you fully become all that you are. And that could take a little time. :) Until then, trust yourself. Be true to yourself. Be a little more courageous in honoring yourself every day by being yourself and standing up for yourself, even if it’s a little scary at first. It’s only scary because it’s new. And after you do it and find out how supportive it all is – to be what you are, to be who you are – you’ll have more certainty in being more of yourself.And that’s how you build confidence. <h2>Confidence: Boldly Trusting Who You Are</h2>Confidence isn’t puffing or pumping yourself up. It’s not about building yourself up to look like you’re more than you are. That’s just a reaction to cover up the fact that you don’t trust yourself.True confidence is actually a stripping away of all the I-am-nots until you’re only left with what’s real and true to you, to what you are. The word confidence comes from Latin that means to have full trust, to boldly trust. And trusting in your true essence, your Presence, is a bold move that most humans aren’t ready to do… just yet. They’re too focused on the making the Matrix real, the mind real, to make thinking real – they’re still enjoying the game. <h2>Start with a Cup of Coffee</h2>I was at a diner yesterday with a friend, Agota.There was Greek coffee on the menu which she never had, so she decided to order it and give it a try. After a couple of sips, she decided that she didn’t like it – not so much how the coffee was prepared, but the quality of it. I also tried some and it tasted like hot dishwater was poured over old coffee grinds. She was hesitant at first, but decided to send it back and exchanged it for a regular cup of coffee. She said to me, “You know, in the past, the old me wouldn’t say anything about the coffee because I didn’t want to cause a stir. I’d just deal with it even if I wasn’t happy with the food or service. But these days, I’ve been emboldening myself to be more of myself and ask for what I want.” And that touched me very deeply. I say always ask for what you want, even if it’s over a cup of coffee. That seemingly little incident over a cup of coffee may have not been a big deal to someone else, but it was huge to her. It elevated her level of trust in taking her seat as her I Am to a new level. It helped build up her confidence in herself. Are you afraid to say something or do something because you fear it will disrupt the system? Because you're afraid that it might rock the boat?As long as you're aware and honest with yourself and say and act in full integrity and pure intentions, go ahead and disrupt. Go ahead and rock the damn boat! Why? Because the world is full of fear and people are waiting for someone else to go first and let them know that it’s okay to be who they are. And no word or act is too small for the opportunity to build up your own confidence – that bold trust in Self – in not only yourself, but to be the wayshower for others to follow suit. To tell others that it's okay to be who they are. And in order to initiate disconnection, the release must come from within. You see, no matter how powerful or hypnotic the beliefs in the Matrix 'out there' appear to be, none of them can have any affect on you unless you choose to make them true and make them real for yourself.Yes, you may have originally taken on suggestions from the outside, but ultimately, there's only one way to bring those ideas to play out in your reality, and that's to make them your own.The fact remains that no matter how things look, you're always the creator of your reality, and a conscious creator must accept full responsibility as having at some point chosen – consciously or unconsciously – everything he or she experiences in life. You're either a creator or you'e a victim. This episode was inspired by the story of my friend Linda's 9 year-old son, Dylan.It's a story that all of us can relate to about a time when we were young and free to dream to be, do, and have anything we imagined.But as we grew up, our parents and other authority figures, along with the rest of the world – often with loving intentions – quickly eroded the certainty and joy we once had of our limitlessness.Soon we were pegged into a small place of not-good-enough, not-smart-enough, not-whatever-enough to be, do, and have it all.We were told to stop dreaming, to stop following our heart, and eventually to change our tune from the ecstatic knowingness of "Yes I Can!" to the dejection of "No... So common and normal to the point that the meaning of the word 'miracle' would lose all its value.But the programming of the Matrix has long ago stripped most people of knowing this magical truth, and instead trained us to dismiss miracles as flukes, luck, coincidence, or even some kind of special blessing from a deity in the sky.The Matrix has fully programmed us to forget, disown, and distrust our own Creator abilities. It's bible study time!I discuss a new, 'Christed' perspective of the Bible verses John 1 : 1-5. The Word Became Flesh1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. The Word here refers to Jesus Christ as the Logos, or the self-revelation of God. You are Christ. You are God. You are the Word. You are the Logos. You are the Messiah. You are the Word that became flesh. You are Divinity embodied as human.In this new Christed perspective, you can now take the above passage literally and come to a fresh and enlightened understanding of your true nature – the I Am – without having to defer to a certain man who's come to be known as the only Christ and savior of men. We are here to help each other recognize the Christ as ourselves and others. When we come to accept and know this, we also realize that there is no need to save anyone or fix anything because all is Christ(ed).All we need to concern ourselves with is to be our own Christ, to be our own savior, to realize the full potential of the Word that we are – the Christ consciousness that is our true beingness. That is: to be the love, the forgiveness, the benevolence, the compassion that we are, and radiating that which we are freely to ourselves and to others.The Word is the essence of what you are. It's bible study time!I discuss a new, 'Christed' perspective of the Bible verses John 1 : 1-5.<h3> </h3><h3>The Word Became Flesh</h3>1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. The Word here refers to Jesus Christ as the Logos, or the self-revelation of God. You are Christ. You are God. You are the Word. You are the Logos. You are the Messiah. You are the Word that became flesh. You are Divinity embodied as human.In this new Christed perspective, you can now take the above passage literally and come to a fresh and enlightened understanding of your true nature – the I Am – without having to defer to a certain man who's come to be known as the only Christ and savior of men. We are here to help each other recognize the Christ as ourselves and others. When we come to accept and know this, we also realize that there is no need to save anyone or fix anything because all is Christ(ed).All we need to concern ourselves with is to be our own Christ, to be our own savior, to realize the full potential of the Word that we are – the Christ consciousness that is our true beingness. That is: to be the love, the forgiveness, the benevolence, the compassion that we are, and radiating that which we are freely to ourselves and to others.The Word is the essence of what you are. This session discusses the core theme of this show: Freedom.When and how is freedom experienced? What does it take to get free? And is there a price to choosing freedom?You create your own reality. And the first step to your creation is through choice.The universe is here to serve you, the creator, and the only way it can do so in its highest compassion is with your consent. Therefore, everything you experience in your world, without exception, is the fulfillment of your choices.As the sole creator of your reality, there is no one else to blame or credit for your happiness or unhappiness with your life. And the sooner you accept and take full responsibility for your creatorship and your creations, the sooner you can release the Matrix and begin to consciously manifest true freedom in your life.Why? Because you're either a creator or you're a victim. And once you turn away from victimhood and declare your sovereignty, you now have choices to create and uncreate as you wish.The speed in which your creations manifest is directly proportionate to your ability to trust yourself and your own mastery. And whether you allow your creations to be express overnighted to your doorstep, or arrive after many detours and pitstops along the way (and possibly get lost and never show up), it's, as always, dependent on how far you're willing to step out of your own way and let them simply come to you.This freedom, this effortless existence, can be chosen and experienced only in the present moment – the now. #7 Freedom: Choice, Responsibility, and Trust

With the kickoff of Ash Wednesday last week, the Lent season is now in full swing. It's a time when Christians spend the weeks leading up to Easter Sunday in fasting, penance, and in reflection of the suffering, sacrifice, death, and resurrection of their savior, Jesus Christ.This episode is my rant on Lent from a consciousness perspective without the blindfold of religion.I talk about the distinction between the fictional Jesus of Nazareth of the Bible vs Jesus the actual man, whose real name is Yeshua. And more importantly, how Jesus is not the only Christ and son of God, because you, too, share that same title.I continue my observations about the matrix of religion being a super mass consciousness that, when personally identified with, keeps you imprisoned in fear, smallness, and limitations – the opposite of freedom.Religion – and Lent – focuses on sin. It teaches that you are a sinner who needs a savior to forgive and redeem your wickedness. It separates you from God, tricking you to think that God is outside of you and that you need to grovel and plead your way back to his good graces.The reality is, there is no sin – it's a lie. There never was, never is, and never will be sin. How could there be sin if you are the Christ, God? If you're a sinner, then Christ, God, must also be a sinner. And that can never be.This then means that forgiveness is also an illusion because God – All That Is – is without sin. And that which is without sin cannot know sin, and therefore cannot know or need forgiveness. And that is you also.An awakened person who recognizes your divinity has no need for repentance, no need for salvation. You only job after knowing and accepting this truth is to now be the divinity, the Christ, that you are.I end with a personal Ash Wednesday story that became a reminder for me on every Lent to remember the true focus of my life as an embodied divine being. That is: to be the love, to be the grace, and to be the Christ that I Am. #6 Lent Vent

After finishing Episode 4 "What Is Love?", I realized that I wasn't done with the subject of love. This is somewhat of a continuation of the previous session, but more of a rant on the state of love – specifically romantic love and marriage – in the Matrix.Although loving relationships are one of the highest states of human experiences that are desired and sought after by the world, most people who sign on for it eventually end up feeling dissatisfied and trapped with all its controls and structures.I talk about herd mentality of marriage and discuss the source of one of the biggest marketing coups created by the diamond industry to program couples into purchasing diamond engagement rings.I also remark on the concept of value, money, and traditions as nothing more than belief systems that have no basis in reality.I compare marriage to religion and their similarities in monopolizing love and spirituality respectively, when in fact they're absolutely unnecessary and often detrimental in experiencing and knowing the truth of one's Self. Finally, I offer some thoughts on how to begin the integration of true self-love that results in the enjoyment of truly genuine, loving, and lasting relationships with others – the kind that mutually and actively supports each other's Freedom.Episode Permalink: http://disconnectmatrix.com/podcast/5 Podcast RSS iTunes Stitcher YouTube Google Play Music

The weather. It's always around. And there's no denying that it has a big influence on our daily lives.Most people have strong habituated judgments about the weather without even being aware of it. They get swept into believing that it's somehow responsible for their state of mind, when in fact what they're experiencing is a projection of their own emotions, the 'weather' in their own minds.Like any phenomenon, the weather in itself is completely neutral, blameless and innocent. By learning to release our programmed beliefs about the weather and seeing it for what it really is – neutral – we begin to build a firm foundation in developing the ability for true vision, which is to see all things as they are, not as they are perceived.In this episode, I discuss how the weather 'out there' can be your good friend in helping you to remember your truth 'in here.'
