He says that the rabbis made their own oral Torah. It’s not factual. The Rabbis of the Talmud wrote down the way the Torah was practiced all the way from it’s giving at Sinai. Unfortunately over time, things are forgotten if they’re not written down. Thus, to practice the Torah the way they were told to, they were forced to write it down. Now, different families, and different Yeshivas had their own lineage and their own traditions of understanding but were all within the same Torah basis. The rabbis of the mishna didn’t argue about the facts of the Bible, but they interpreted the Bible, at Har Sinai, and just wrote down the interpretations in the Mishna. Also, how did the Jews “assist” the Romans in Jesus’ crucification?
