Garrett is feeling one-upped these days by Tamara's juicy life stories. So at the top of the episode, they show his ego a little love and play a clip of Recovery Elevator where Paul and Tricia talk about Garrett's favorite topic... Garrett! After a technology and social media addiction update from last week's episode, Tamara shares her impression of the EMDR process so far and describes inner child work - reading her inner child letters from treatment.
