Throughout the journey she has come to understand that what we put in our bodies matters, but it’s what we surrender that has the most profound impact. When she’s not researching, learning or working with clients she is being present as a mother to her beautiful daughter Vivienne James and working on her new podcast Legends &amp; Lifestyles with her husband James ‘Winky’ Fairorth
