Welcome to Surviving Your 20s with Lisa Milter!

Oooh we’ve got an EPIC one for you today!   It’s been a couple of weeks since the Super Bowl, and there’s still a lot of buzz around Shakira and J.Lo’s performance during the halftime show.  Was it inappropriate? Were they overly sexual? Was it wrong to air on a supposedly “family-friendly” event? What age should kids be educated on sex?    I brought on Lisa Milter, Goddess Approach grad, intuitive living coach and my business assistant, to help me explore these topics and sexuality education as a whole. We dive deep into the current state of sex ed in the school system and how it relates to sexual shame, guilt and trauma. We discuss our views on what kind of education children should get and even share our own stories.
