Today’s guest Life Athlete is Dr. Gertrude Tavernier. Gertrud always pursued the philosophy of 'a healthy mind in a healthy body' and she started to see that for many people a missing piece was a healthy sex life, and so she built a tool for women to help foster a healthy relationship with sex. The elegant sensual audio app Maeve offers women, and couples, a hands-on tool for healthy intimate pleasure.  It is bluntly speaking a masturbation app but it is also so much more. When I first heard about this project, I told Gertrude that I wanted to lend my voice to it and this is a start.  Because of her commitment to help people live more connected lives, Gertrude has embarked on a journey she had never envisioned and discovered a deeper connection with herself, her mother, and her purpose.
