With over 500 hours of training as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance), she is inspired off the mat to create unique and creative yoga classes. Classes are tailored based on the setting, students, and inspirational themes. Her goal is to empower and inspire her students to shine their light. She offers precise alignment cues, as well as modifications for students who are healing an injury or expressing beginner to advanced levels of practice. Yes please!!  I personally have purchased her book and am planning on having Veronique teach and speak over me through 2023 … I have great anticipation of what could come of this and what I will be learning about myself and busting through some of my mental limitations!  In our interview today Veronique describes these two words “Even Though”… and talks about the power of showing up “even though” the situation isn’t perfect. As we ALL KNOW obstacles and challenges are opportunities for growth and often times circumstances will never be perfect… so even though we might not feel ready to dive into a year long yoga journey… Veronique would leave you with this question, have you ever regretted showing up for something that benefits your health?
