Royal Enfield is one of the biggest names in motorcycling in India and is the world’s oldest motorcycle company to be in continuous production, has named Rod Copes as its President for North America. Rod will now be responsible for driving the business in the United  States and Canada for Royal Enfield. With Copes on board Royal Enfield fully intends on rapidly expanding its brand in the US of A, which is also its top export market at present.Royal Enfield NA President Rod Copes joins us for this episode of Talking Motorcycles to bring us up to speed on their plans for the North American market going forward. Their new distribution center is located in the heart of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The new game plan includes factory owned retail stores. Rod Copes had a 20 year history with the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. His final position with Harley-Davidson was Director of Global Sales and Customer Service.
