My special guest is Deborah McCreath.  Deborah survived a near death experience 26 years ago which has drastically changed the way she relates to the world. She is a certified laughter yoga leader with many other labels from life. Including laughter along with  gratitude in my journey of healing has helped to smooth out the bumpy ride. Laughter helps in healing because it engages your body in deep oxygenated  breathing and  allows your mind to focus on the positive in life which we as a society don't always do on a regular basis. Healing4innerpeace shares laughter yoga with Deborah McCreath

Deborah is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader because she LOVES to laugh. After a NDE (that stands for Near Death Experience) in 1990 THAT LEFT HER ALIVE BUT IN a wheelchair, she came back to kick life in the butt as a mom and wife. As her homeschooling career is quickly coming to an end Deborah realized she needed something else positive to do in her life. Deborah found laughter yoga on the internet, but no classes in her own state. Then she found laughter yoga by phone, so Deborah signed up and took the class and is now a certified laughter yoga leader. She participates in laughter by phone and helps others learn how to laugh and let go. Deborah's also an ordained minister pursuing a second PhD in metaphysical counseling.
