It is a Would You Rather Wednesday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, Glenn and Griffin will keep covering the latest on Bills Safety Damar Hamlin as we keep him in our thoughts in prayers. We’ll also do some sports coverage as the NFL continues on with the Ravens slated to play the Bengals this weekend in Week 18. At 10:20am, we’re going to have a chance to chat with the long-time New York Times sports writer, William C. Rhoden, now with Andscape who was in Baltimore Sunday night for Steelers-Ravens so we’ll get his thoughts on the game, the Ravens, and of course Lamar Jackson who Bill has written about several times this season regarding his injury and contract situation. At 10:45am, we will chat with Loyola Blakefield Athletic Trainer, Jeremy Parr, who is responsible for saving the life of Peter Laake, a Blakefield lacrosse player who suffered a similar injury to Damar Hamlin back in April 2021 when he went into Commotio Cordis. We’ll get the perspective of Jeremy on the situation and hear from one of the people who are expected to remain calm during these kinds of freak accidents on the field. Our pal Drew Forrester from drewsmorningdish.com will be stopping by as well later in the first hour as we continue Damar Hamlin coverage, we’ll try to talk some Ravens as well and play Would You Rather Wednesday presented by Glory Days Grill. Being vulnerable can instill fear in any of us. There is tremendous power in embracing your vulnerability. The more vulnerable you are, the more thrilling the rewards.Originally from Oklahoma, Jeremy Parr is now living and working as an actor and percussionist in Los Angeles.  He holds music degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University.  After graduate school, Jeremy worked as a high school band director in Moore, Oklahoma for seven years.  He was responsible for coordinating the percussion programs for three schools, conducting a high school symphonic band in the spring, assisting with jazz studies, and team teaching a 170 member marching band in the fall.  Somewhere in those seven years, Jeremy started taking improv comedy classes. Eventually, he had a successful career as a film actor in the Oklahoma and Texas markets.  After he resigned from public school teaching in 2016, Jeremy focused on his acting career while being a working percussionist.  Jeremy was fortunate to perform with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic Orchestra, Fort Smith Symphony, Oklahoma Composer's Orchestra, and many other groups.  He is also a founding member of the Great Plains Percussion Group; a professional percussion collective that has performed throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas.  Like other millennials, Jeremy is also a co-creator/co-host of a podcast.  Thunder Moneyball Podcast is an NBA centric podcast focusing on Jeremy's beloved Oklahoma City Thunder.  As an actor, Jeremy has roles in four feature films that are slated for release in 2019.  Jeremy loves his wife Julie, and their two dogs Carly and Simon very much.
