She works as a nurse educator, entrepreneur consultant and adjunct lecturer.Mem Van Beek is a clinical skills instructor for the NHS in the United Kingdom as well as being the Head of Nursing at one of the local hospitals. Xapimed is a system for managing nursing competency.
