011 - In this episode, we chat with the 11x IFBB Pro Fitness Champion, Tanji Johnson.Tanji attributes her military upbringing to being able to be very resilient in different environments now. Tanji attended the U.S. Air Force Academy where she gained leadership discipline, confidence, and a hard work ethic. In her senior year in the academy is when she started lifting weights and really getting into bodybuilding. She later started her professional career as a fitness competitor. Leaving a stable and secure job with the military Tanji pursued her fitness career and later became a personal trainer and has graced the covers of a number of fitness magazines. She talks about finding her niche in the industry as a posing coach and really being able to financially scale her business. Business owners should find a niche in their industry that has underserved or unmet needs.Tanji talks about finding your niche in your passion and developing your skill in the industry.

As a former army brat who grew up in Germany and Korea who went on to become a member of the Air force, Tanji is no stranger to discipline and a strong work ethic. After separating from the armed services, Tanji went on to get involved in Fitness training and competitions, as a fun way to promote a healthy lifestyle.
