One of the most unique and innovative companies in my opinion in the Geothermal space is Baseload Capital, initially started as a venture to help finance Geothermal projects, but ended up financing and developing projects around the world. Their process involves working collaboratively with subsidiaries to deploy geothermal power plants worldwide.
