Good people,Today I'm joined by Ardenia Brown, also known as Chef Butta. Ardenia is part of my family, one of my cousins; she is the personal chef for Ahmir Thompson, Questlove, specializing in Farm-To-Fork Cuisine and Holistic Juicing using local organic wild ingredients. Chef Butta's truth is about self-acceptance. Throughout her childhood, she felt ignored, not heard, and forced to be what she was supposed to be. She built a successful career in the music industry in Los Angeles, and one day, Ardenia had to abandon everything and come back to take care of her sick mother.
