After over 20 years along her journey of studying various forms of healing modalities, yoga and energy work she has embodied a deep understanding and insight into the path of journeying through the vast inner realms of the body to revealing the mysterious healing that lies within.  Adya’s sharing has been deeply influenced by her work with yoga therapy, art therapy, prenatal yoga, birth support as a doula, earth art creation, herbal medicine, and the women’s prayer of the moon dance ceremony.
