Today I connected with Dia Parker, Executive Director of Athena’s Warehouse.   I met Dia through The Lola, the women's CoWorking space we are both members of. She is such a bright signing star doing so much for the community. It was so great to chat and learn more about her childhood and what led her to be more involved with the community she grew up in. As an executive Director of an amazing local nonprofit she is impressive and inspiring. Athena’s Warehouse Inc. promotes kinship to female, non-binary, and gender non-conforming students to build their confidence through mentorship, scholarship, and workshops that focus on their personal &amp; professional development. For over a decade we've provided scholarships, workshops, and mentorship for youth ages 14-25. We’re breaking the cycle of poverty with a holistic wellness initiative called "Discover Your Inner Warrior."
