On Episode 54 I sit down with Beth Schenck. Beth is an elementary school teacher, mother of two and a marathon runner turned CrossFitter. Beth was diagnosed with cancer in her early 20's and after going through treatment was no longer able to have kids because of the intense radiation exposure. She and her husband Pete ended up adopting from China and South Korea. Beth is by far my loudest and most enthusiastic guest that I've ever had on the show.
