In today’s episode we discover how to tap into your innate gift that is “creative genius,” and why it is essential to your well being.  Creativity flows freely through every human being, yet we unwittingly place blocks on this flow of genius in response to the sting of criticism or belittlement we may have experienced early in our life.  These blocks act as a “defense mechanism” against future criticism, but their unfortunate long-term impact hinders our ability to simply enjoying the freedom of expression and its therapeutic benefits.  TOPICS DISCUSSED IN THIS PODCAST EPISODE:  You were born a “creative genius.” Nurturing creativity is essential. Making a mess is actually less of a mess than we perceive. Work with your children to foster and encourage healing through creativity. Creativity is a coping mechanism; embrace it.
