I am very happy to share this conversation with Helen Clare, she is a former primary school teacher. She's also a senior yoga teacher, founder of  Class Yoga. Her vision is to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of children globally, no matter their background, by enabling teachers, parents and carers to offer excellent quality yoga and mindfulness for them, at school and at home.
