Ross Patterson and Dan Hollaway sit down with special guest for Delta Force badass Pat McNamara to discuss his 22 year special ops career, favorite metal bands, what it was like being on Joe Rogan, why he is inspired every single day, and the time he knocked out a dude at a Slayer concert. Not long after he left the storied Delta Force special operations unit in 2005 as a Sgt. Major, McNamara established his own training and fitness company based in his hometown of Pinehurst, North Carolina. Since then, McNamara has emerged as one of the most innovative — and edgy — tactical trainers in the business. ghostbed.com/drinkinbros
