Leaving a great job and changing your whole life in favor of leading a life with purpose can be daunting. Our dear friend, Devonne Badelt, now COO of The Mayfair Group, shares how her huge leap of faith to leave a very “comfortable” job to pursue a life closer to family brought her more fulfillment and purpose than she ever imagined. She also generously shares one of the biggest losses in her life and how it shaped her. Thank you for your vulnerability, Devonne.
