This week's guest on the podcast is Lilian Umurungi-Jun, founder of Mumgry. Mumgry is a plant-based snack company that creates natural nut butters with three varieties: smooth peanut butter, dark chocolate peanut butter and pistachio chocolate almond butter that are all vegan and are cruelty-free! The idea of Mumgry came when Lilian went grocery shopping while pregnant and hungry, she noticed a lack of snacks that took into consideration the dietary restrictions and specific needs of women during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and beyond. She decided to create her own nut butters that would bring it back to the basics which meant no hidden ingredients and only the good stuff! Chloe and Lilian chat about their share of love for peanut butter, the value of listening to what your heart is telling you, how being mindful and giving gratitude can affect you in a positive way and remembering to do activities that fulfill your mind, body and soul.
