Mother-of-two and Nike trainer Nesrine Dally was the first hijab-wearing woman to compete in a Muay Thai stadium in Thailand.  In this inspiring interview, Nes tells Rhiannon what strength means to her, how she embraces being a role model, and – reassuringly – why even making it out for a short walk can be a show of strength.
