Step Up, alone time, and the lunar cycle with Sarah Katie Holmes

That Does Not Belong to Me

In this episode, I talk to my childhood neighbour and current dance teacher and friend Sarah Katie Holmes.    Sarah is a performer in all of the ways. From singing in her car to creating dance choreography for humans of all ages, Sarah has a way of wearing her passion on her sleeve.   One of the many reasons I wanted to interview Sarah early on in the life of this podcast is because she is a reflector in the human design world. And since reflectors are such a rare type they often get post last. Not anymore!    Sarah shares how she went from working with the special needs population while navigating auditions and gigs to opening an online gym where she shares her love of body positivity with so many.    She also shares how learning that she is a reflector changed her life. Even though she already knew deep down that she is a rare gem.   And that she is!   If you would like to connect with Sarah you can find her at: Email: sarahkatieholmes@hotmail.com  Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/friendly/tree IG: @earthtosarah   And if you would like to order some delicious coffee to enjoy while listening to your favourite podcast (this one of course) head on over to: https://www.virginhillcoffee.com/   And to get your 10% off with orders over $50 enter promo code: JAIME

Katie Holmes on the history of women's running

The E=MC2 of running

Katie Holmes only started running when she was 47 but she's fallen in love with the sport. So much so that she's now studying the history of women's athletics, particularly road running and fell running. She gives us a unique perspective on what running was like before the 'marathon boom' of the 70's and 80's changed things for ever. Read more on her blog www.runyoung50.co.uk.
