As a kayak and running guide, Sam Mason knows the Kathmandu Coast to Coast as good as anyone.  He chats to Team CP's Richard Greer and gives a few tips and tricks on how best to get around the course.  Trish Hastie also shares her story of hearing about the Kathmandu Coast to Coast 20 years ago and eventually coming second in 2019.
