Michele Gordon is the Director of Brand Marketing at SELF Magazine. She’s also the Founder of Cardio Sweat Party, an upbeat class that combines both dance cardio and kickboxing together for a high-energy class in New York City. Michele has been an inspiration from the moment I met her, and she’s always carrying a positive attitude on her shoulders wherever she goes. Today we talk about her journey from being a shy individual that was passionate about her goals in her youth to how she overcame her fears and now enjoys being at the front of a room. Whether she’s teaching fitness or helping people grow their business, Michele is always eager to learn and help others along the way. She’s been in the fitness industry for well over a decade, but Michele’s degree is in Philosophy, Politics, Law, and a second degree in Spanish.
