They discuss how one can actively participate in democratic processes.  While working as a techie in Bengaluru, Avijit realised that he is not the one to be in a corporate set-up and quit his job to look for other opportunities. He started working with non-profit organisations and the gap that he saw there concerned the need for effective technology. So he set out to fill this gap with the knowledge he possessed. What drives him is the need to make more and more citizens involved in the democratic process and holding governments accountable.
