At 50, Michelle wants to inspire younger women to shed the fear, find the confidence and self-belief that held her back from going after her dreams. Leaving home at 17 she fell into an abusive relationship that lasted a decade. Leaving her son and moving abroad to find meaning in her life she found an unexpected friend in Free Weights. The confidence gained from lifting weights has been a game-changer.
