Her own experience of yoga’s capacity to aid recovery from injury and relieve stress led her to train as a teacher and fuels her desire to share the life-enhancing benefits of yoga with others.   Since 2011 Paula has been sharing yoga (U Can Yoga) in a non-dogmatic way with the intention of offering practitioners the space to nurture themselves as they breathe, strengthen and stretch both body and mind, cultivating deeper self-awareness. Teaching Hatha, Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra(‘Yoga Sleep’).   In addition, Paula is a senior teacher and lecturer on Sally Parkes’ Hatha Flow Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training Course and offers continuing professional development training for yoga teachers.   Paula is also a writer with comedy script-writing credits for the BBC.
