Marquita Smith, Author of the book P.S. Pray the Same for Me, Blogger and Creator of How I Grew Today, spent the early part of her career working in the entertainment industry, for influential Brands and Artists, such as Reebok, S. Carter Enterprises (Jay-Z) and Roc Nation.  In 2011, she stepped away to do some soul searching and to answer her true calling of being a writer. During this personal conversation amongst friends, Marquita shares the hacks that help her manage her life as a mom and entrepreneur, the daily routines that keep her physically and mentally strong, and how she overcame her battle with bulimia.
