In this episode, host Rick Mikesell and co-host Ivan Orsic are joined by Mike Schultz (aka "Schultzy") of Schultz Outfitters in Ypsilanti, MI. Schultzy, who formulated the Swinging D' fly, lives and breathes smallmouth fishing with countless hours logged on his home waters around southern Michigan. If there's flowing water in MI and smallmouth call it home, chances are Schultzy has a story or two about it. Rick and Ivan talk about their recent trip out to fish with Schultzy, as well as smallmouth tips and tactics on the fly, night fishing for smallmouth, his angling mentors, fly design, and much more.
