I was showing up the way I was EXPECTED to. I was reading self-help books, watching motivational videos, remaining stuck where I was and feeling all alone. I was locked in my mind, continuously sabotaging myself by playing small.Finally, I asked for help. I needed to get out of my own head and uncover what was holding me back. I had to reconnect with who I was and reclaim my power.I went from being LOST and feeling unfulfilled to showing up powerfully in my life, confident in who I am and knowing what I wanted.
